The owner was kind but very pushy trying to sell me a 4 dollar bottle of water when I would rather just drink my own saliva. I made it clear I didn't want it buy he kept insisting that I buy it so I just left.

Can’t really count on this guy being here in the morning. At 6am sometimes I see him opening, and other days it’s 7am. I went in at 7am to grab some quick items, and I was greeted very rudely with a gesture of ‘what do you want from me?’ and the inhospitable “I’m busy I just opened.” I responded “clearly you haven’t opened yet” and walked out. I won’t be returning.
