It is declared that this place is open until 12am (everywhere: on google maps, on yelp). We came there today at 23:50 and it was closed. How comes?? Are they toddlers or what: like we wanted but could not make it until 12am? If it is written that they are open until 12am they have to close exactly at 12am and not a minute earlier. I think it is very irresponsible to mislead people with wrong information. Why not to publish that they are closed at 23:00 or something? We spend our time to walk there and it was closed. There was some worker inside, he even did not open the door for us and showed us his tongue.

Subway is one of my favorite spot to have lunch, but what I saw today with there standard for food, I won't eat back a Subway. The same glove they use to make your sandwich, same glove touch all contact surfaces. Same glove they use to pick up the spill off the floor and ready to make another sandwich. It was very disappointing knowing it wasn't that busy, and standard has drop... Good Luck and Good Bye

Called them to void an order I didn't place and they yelled at me telling me to void it through the app which isn't possible. Called back again and they told me to call back tomorrow and they'd refund the order. Why not just cancel it since the order was placed one minute prior to calling? Ridiculous.

Absolutely rude staffs and dirty toilet.
I was there with my kid, there was no toilet paper so asked a female staff. The first response was “there is a dryer”. Excuse me?
Not to mention the toilet was disgusting.
When it comes to preparation of the subs, the female staff didn’t listen (or didn’t even care) carefully to what we ordered, she basically put everything in our subs. As other reviewer says, it’s very obvious the staffs do not respect the customers. If you can, avoid this location.

It's clear the staffs employers do not read these reviews because if they did they would be fired. The sign outside says $2.99 but was charged double. The staff were rude and uninterested in the order. They asked what salad we wanted to which we said everything, they gave just onion. They got our bread wrong too. Absolute joke, hope every one of them gets fired. Wish I could leave a minus 5 score.

Worst ever subway experience. The server / person BIBI seems to be in a hurry and was not really happy with us being at this place. She was barely listening to our order. She was asking us what we want just for sale of it but was doing what she wanted. Kept saying this is not we wanted but yet completed what preparing an order and never really cared for us. I wish there was a negative remark would have given negative stars.

Had one of the worst subway experiences today, customer service was awful. Ordered chicken and cheese and they completely skipped the salad part. And got the wrong bread. After that the sandwich itself was not to standard I expected from one of my favourite places to eat. Do not eat here
