Fumo Harlem

Everytime I eat here I leave very happy! The pastas here are insanely good! I am personally a huge fan of the Penne Funghi, aka the mushrooms. It is very very tasty! Last time I came my friend and I sat at the bar because it was packed, and we ordered the Burrata 10/10! We also had the truffle fries and the caesar salad. All were amazing. The restaurant has a great atmosphere if you want a fun time, they play great music and it is usually full of people. We were able to walk in and sit at the bar, but I definitely recommend making a reservation because it can get very full.

Fumo is a restaurant, not a nightclub. The music is too loud and intrusive. The lighting is too dark. Solo birthday girl had to sit at the bar for her dinner while there were empty seats at two tops and the birthday girl was only there for 30 minutes. The birthday girl was disappointed. The penne with vodka sauce is good.

Went here for my birthday dinner. It’s was my first time and there were three of us. It’s a local spot in my neighborhood and I just discovered it through friends. The food was delicious and the service was great. We had a wonderful 3 course meal with drinks. The atmosphere is livelier than you would think. The music is loud and the conversation is just as loud. Nice bar. Seems to be a younger-ish crowd, very friendly staff all around. 100% would recommend!

I was originally going to eat at Skinny Cantina this past Monday, not knowing they were closed. I looked for nearby places and found FUMO, wanting something fancy but not too over the top. I loved it. It was perfect. My mate and I shared a steak and fries and the lobster spaghetti. Both dishes were delicious. I also love how the table bread is served, The oil and vinegar dip is perfect! We got a bottle of ROSE which was half off at the time. So dope!!! Love a good bottle deal. Our server Jenn was so friendly and contributed great energy to our evening, which is important! I run a restaurant of my own so I’m naturally a big critic on service and food when I go out to eat. Also, bathroom cleanliness I give a ten! This is officially a favorite NY spot for me

Beautiful place with good service. The waitress forgot our truffle fries though… luckily the pizza was filling enough that we were okay without them but still. Had the funghi pizza (added prosciutto on top) really good, just expected it to have a tomato base which it didn’t. Excited to go try their pasta next time! Loved the mocktail they gave me, so refreshing!
