⭐️4.5 - Amazing food at Sotto 13! Recommend if you’re looking for quality Italian food in this neighborhood!
🍝Loved our pasta dishes. Specifically the Gnocchi Lamb Sausage entree.
🍷Delicious wine options along with great service! Very friendly staff who recommended their favorite drinks and dishes.
🍽️ Only downside was the ambiance in the back section of the restaurant. I wish the lighting and tables were a bit more “comfy” to match the front/entry atmosphere.
Overall, I will definitely be back!

Delicious place especially for their pizza. Came here for brunch and was not disappointed. They have brunch for 40 a person which includes one app, two appetizers, one side and one carafe for two people. It is plenty of food! The pizza is so tasty. Highly recommend getting this. Bacon was crispy. All of the options for food were great and you won’t be disappointed. The carafe was on the smaller side and the drink itself wasn’t too strong but that’s okay because the food and service was great. Ambiance and environment were nice too.

Love the pesto pizza and the pasta was creamy, the sauce was soaking directly to the pasta!
Truffle fries were tasty and parmesan cheese and couldn’t get enough of it

Wow ! What a fabulous restaurant! It was my first time there and I will most definitely come back with more Friends.
The atmosphere , the food and service outstanding !!! Out waiter Napoleon was fabulous, recommending dishes and service was impeccable. All of our food was five star , the octopus appetizer with the green sauce on the plate and the bronzino and the trout and the steak impeccable! And to top it off the managed Victor stopped by to say hi Everyone should eat here

Came for brunch with my friends. We loved it! The food was amazing with lots of flavor. Is a must visit restaurant! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back!

I tried the octopus, arancini, burrata, caesar salad, and rigatoni lamb sausage. While I enjoyed each dish, I do wish that the rigatoni had more lamb sausage and octopus. Overall, decent food but nothing too special or unique.
I had the cocktail happy hour 2 for $20. I tried the goodnight kiss and the between the sheets. I thoroughly enjoyed both these drinks, both of which had great dimension, balance, and visual appeal. I highly recommend their cocktails.

I stumbled upon a charming brunch spot and was pleasantly surprised. They had $5 Happy Hour beers, and the food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I visited yesterday on a sunny Sunday at 1:30 pm. Luckily, the place had both outdoor seating in the sun, which my husband prefers, and shaded areas for me. We were delighted that both of our preferences were catered to. The service was excellent, and we couldn't help but notice the adorable indoor skylight. We're already looking forward to returning soon for another enjoyable experience.

The food is wonderful and the outside dining space is very comfortable . The Sicilian white wine is perfect. We came at happy hour although ordered pasta and steak both dishes were delicious. Bravo Brava

Came for bunch to celebrate a friend’s birthday! The food was AMAZING and the indoor dining area with the big window on the ceiling was so nice. The potatos are so good!
More people need to know about this!! Definitely coming back soon.

The happy hour was terriffic...meatballs melt in your mouth...califlower was sensational and the Portobello mushroom pizza was exceptional...i.would highly recommend Soto 13 to everyone...oh and happy hour drinks were.good too

Went here on mothers day weekend with family and friends. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend the vodka martinis and hanger steak.

We loved the meal and “vibe” at Soto 13. We shared Meatballs, Margarita Pizza, and Brussel Sprouts which was a delicious meal for 3 light eaters. And of course saved room for dessert, wonderful Nutella donuts and most surprising was the amazing Espresso Creme Brûlée!!!

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. We made reservations for 20 people more than a month in advance and when we get there the day of they told us that they are "delayed" and we waited one hour before being seated. They offered each of our guest 1 free drink but even then the bartender gave us a terrible attitude. After being seated the pre-ordered menu started arriving quickly then slowed down. When it was all done they gave us a bill with only half the deposit that we put down credited towards the bill which is a huge error and we had to wait to get that fixed as well. All of my guest were tired of waiting and could not wait for it to be over and leave. This was truly the worst dinning experience I have dealt with to date. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone with more than 4 people in their party.

Sotto 13 is an excellent restaurant. I booked a private party for 40 people. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Chef Ed Cotton made a point of checking in with our group to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you to Jamie & Sophie for a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was excellent. They were very helpful in explaining the dishes and very attentive.

the arugula salad was awesome...went with 4 other people. 2 of us got the njt from trenton to penn station....we had 3 pizzas. the marguerite, buffalo chicken, and portabella...all the food was excellent but the night was really about the company

I was embarrassed and appalled by the overly theatric antics of the floor manager and one extra bold waiter last night who collectively made me and my date feel like total trash (someone needs to do some firing). Food and cocktails are fantastic. Hats off to the chef and the bartenders but we won't be coming back and anyone with a sense of dignity should be advised as well to stay away. Disgusted!

My daughter ate here when she got into town. She is volunteering in NY from FL for the Salvation Army raising funds for NY residents for one month.Leaves her work, and wants to make a difference for the holidays. She calls this place to get a plastic spoon for ice cream I had delivered because the hotel has none any where, they tell her no, not without a purchase. I see they are running a kind place. What a terrible Christmas example.
