We ate out and drank here a good few times on our trip to New York. We managed to have 2 dinners (each time the burgers were lovely and very filling) and a breakfast (very large portions). The fries were extremely large portions at dinner time, could be shared by two people and alright to eat.
The atmosphere in the bar is fun, lots of sports on and different people around the bar.
Drinks weren’t overly expensive and for the good burgers and nice atmosphere i’d definitely recommend trying out bills if your in the area :))
Typical American bar, well decorated and with friendly service. We had the Ranch Hand burger and it was really very good. 100% recommendable. We also had the South Of The Burger, which was a little too spicy for our taste.
Food was amazing! Get the Fat Cat burger and you'll know why it's one of the, if not the best burger you'll ever eat. Just be sure to get it with some Applewood bacon🥓
Breakfast options are great too, with buffet style options in the weekend.
Service could've been a tad quicker, food sometimes stands waiting to be served a little too long. And waiters don't check on you as often as other restaurants.
If they can improve that, it'll be 5 stars all around.
The food was delicious and portions were great! The cocktails were also excellent :)
We were traveling from Seattle and a little surprised to know that we were charged $9.00 for water (which we were not informed of). Our server removed this when she understood the confusion, and we learned our lesson :)

The Bill’s Bar & Burger restaurant is an amazing restaurant chain, known for offering highly delicious American cuisine, especially burger based entrees.
In August of 2023, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at the Bill’s Bar & Burger restaurant, specifically the branch located at the New York Marriott Downtown.
We very much enjoyed our dining experience. The staff kindly welcomed us when we arrived and we were quickly escorted to our dining table. Our server, Cassidy was impeccably polite, very helpful, and provided us with us with great tips on the menu options. We also like to thank Cassidy for periodically checking with us to make sure our needs were met.
Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered and loved my Bill’s burger entree meal and my wife found her chicken sandwich entree to be quite delightful!!! We found our meals to be perfectly cooked, superbly seasoned and absolutely delicious!!!
All in all, if you are fan of burger and chicken sandwich based meals, you should definitely visit and dine at the Bill’s Bar & Burger restaurant!!!
For the price I’d expect better. One burger was great while another ok. The guacamole was amazing while the chips were cold, too hard & basic. Loved the wings while the chili was meh. Pretzel bites & fries were good.
Enjoyed my friends 50th bday in NYC and went here inside of the hotel. Courtney (our server for a party of 10! ), Abby (barrender - great bloody mary) and Mgr. Jackson were awesome! Go see them!
the Cobb Salad was a little dry for me but delicious 😋 the Keto my Heart burger was deliciously carnivore so many delicious meats, the Cobb Salad is loaded just ask for more dressing if you are like me

Every one is super friendly. Jackson was there again and our new server, Monique was super friendly; just a lot slower for the busy brunch time and took a lot to get the bill correct. She got confused a lot and had to redo tickets at least 3 times. But she was friendly and apologetic. Check your bill. Also charged me for cheese on my eggs but i had to jut let it go.
I had the fat cat burger and the chili cheese fries. It was very good and also a large portion. The atmosphere in the restaurant was typically American and suitably furnished, but a bit cold due to the air conditioning. However, this is typical in New York, but still unusual for a European.
My friend and I went here during our lunch break. It took about 30 minutes for the food to come. It was so good. One critique I do have is my cheese fries weren’t melted like I expected. My friend had the same critique about her cheese fries. She also wanted another dip for her chicken wings. Other then that, the customer service was great and it was clean too.
We went with a party of 6. Our waitress was Anastasia. The staff was friendly and the manager checked on us. The food was really good. I got a burger with Mac n cheese and brisket. I would definitely go back.
