This is such a cool spot! Trendy, something for everyone and great atmosphere. I’m sure it would be even better in the summer. LOVED the Mac and cheese and apple turnover. The staff were very friendly and quick as there were a lot of people in line! Would have loved another whole bowl of Mac n cheese even my non vegan boyfriend liked it! Would recommend

Really GREAT GREAT GREAT food. If you’re looking for a quick bite or even to sit down with some friends. I got the Sage Seitan burger and was not disappointed. BBQ Tots, SPICY !!! But it was totally worth the heat. Try their ginger ales also, very different and tasty. 10/10 !

I heard great things about this place and I’m very happy I decided to pop by when I was in the neighborhood. I have only tried their classic, (the cinnamon snail obviously!) but as a massive fan of non-vegan cinnamon rolls, this definitely satisfied me. My only complaint is that they are not served warm. I’m excited to come back and order some of their seitan sandwiches.

A real winner!
Set in an ideal location, this superb food stand became the safe and tasty choice during my recent NYC trip.
Every menu choice is dressed to impress, and the flavour combinations and imaginative pairing had me ordering the Cinnamon Snail’s cookbook after my first visit.
The cake selection is equally exciting and diverse, and I cannot recommend the Cinnamon Snail’s themselves highly enough.
I do hope that this is where the wider vegan food experience model is headed.

We were amazed at the look and taste of everything, and the service was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The Cinnamon Snail venture started as a single Vegan Kosher Food Truck launched on Valentines Day 2010, now it is also a Caterer, Pop Up Events, and Brick and Mortar location in the Pennsy Food Hall.

Awesome food! Tastes amazing! Whether you are vegan or a meat eater, you will love the burgers. I had the smoked sage seitan burger with ziti on top and it was so delicious. I also had the creme brûlée donut. I can honestly say that it was the ABSOLUTE BEST donut that I have ever had in my life!! So happy that I went in today! Well worth the wait and price! Will be going back again as soon as possible!

Visited this place twice and I'm convinced that any of their donuts/cakes/Pop tarts are winners. The Beastmode Burger Deluxe is such a great burger - the patty is thick and really substantial. The mac and cheese filling was really tasty as was the coconut bacon. You get hints of smokiness and coconut with every delicious bite. I only wish there was more of the BBQ sauce since the patty was so thick. The Caramel Apple Crumb was really memorable; the apple pie filling was just perfect and the donut is everything you wish for in a really good donut (right balance between being bready and cakey). I also tried the seitan Beef Kofta sandwich special which had a really tangy green sauce. All in all, their donuts are an absolute must! I wished I could eat there everyday and that just sums up how much I love their food.

DELICIOUS vegan donuts that don't even taste like they're vegan! (My favorite was the apple crumble) They also had gluten-free options. The environment in the food court was fun and the service was fast. Very recommended.

Seems like Food Halls with a mediocre DJ is a thing now in NYC. Anyway..... That’s where this lovely vegan take-out restaurant was located, in the PENNSY food hall at MSG. I didn’t know what to order so I let the cashier pick the best burger for me. And must I say he did a wonderful job. I love spice and this burger was packed with it. I also ordered the jalapeño Mac n cheese which wasn’t to die for it was meh. But the burger made up for it. I would come back for this burger. Laaaawwwd. Okay I’m rambling. But it’s damn good.

We went to the cinnamon snail for donuts. The peanut butter cookie dough was really good. It is super rich, as expected, but really good. Their cake donuts were good if you want something a little less rich

Whenever I visit New York I always try to stop by The Cinnamon Snail. I found this place by looking up vegan restaurants on Google maps. I wish they were located in my state. They have delicious food, the atmosphere is fun and the desserts are little pieces of art work. The picture I'm posting, in this review is of a cake I got when I last visited the restaurant. It is so cute and beautiful I almost didn't want to destroy it, by eating it. To see more beautiful cakes, like this one I suggest following them on Instagram @cinnamonsnail. Their desserts are so unique and completely vegan!

I love this place it's stupid! Have only been to the one in N.Y. once during a HUGE snowstorm and the workers gave us free donuts. But ive been to the food truck which is in red bank several times. I tried whatever special they were having and it was amazing.

Lovely cashier from Honduras! Great service and pasta as well, I tried baked ziti and my boyfriend Mac and cheese, even though were sides but not small portions at all! On a loud spot nextdoor from the Madison square garden. Donuts looked good too!

I got the Beastmode deluxe burger and was in heaven each bite I took! (Careful, it’s spicy).
This very affordable, delicious gourmet vegan street food is sure to keep you satisfied and happy!

Went to the Pennsy twice in one week for the Cinnamon Snail while I was visiting NYC! Absolutely loved my selections. The first item I ordered—and my favorite—was the smoked sage seitan burger with baked ziti. SO tasty, and filling. The texture of the seitan was juicy. The second time I went, I bought both a daily special and the beastmode burger over quinoa. I definitely over-ordered, but I was leaving town that afternoon and wanted to try out different flavor combinations. I was happy.
I also ordered three donuts for later—the gluten free raspberry donut, the cookie monster donut, and the s'mores donut. They were all delicious! I loved the s'mores donut most of all. Their donuts are cake-y, so if you prefer yeasty donuts, just know what's coming. I'm happy I indulged.

Best veggie burger I’ve ever had with various texture and flavor. desserts are amazing, I can’t wait to order my wedding cake from them! Staff is always friendly. A must try for vegans and meat eaters alike!

They never disappoint with their yummy donuts and pastries. I also got a lentil artichoke burger yesterday on a pretzel bun. Omg, I need those pretzel buns in my life every day! Can I purchase a bag of those by themselves? The burger and everything on it was delicious as well. The sandwiches and burgers are a bit expensive imo, otherwise I would go more. But they are really good. I'm glad they added some items that aren't that spicy.

Just about the best place in NYC, if not the world, when it comes to inventive, hearty, and delicious sandwiches! The beastmode and thanksgiving sandoo are my favs.
Adrienne Rampe
I had the most amazing sandwich last night! The Maple Mustard Tempeh sandwich! (Which someone suggested to me while I was looking at the menu) and the pumpkin donut with the filling?! Sooo good! Can’t wait to hang at Pennsy again!! ☮️

Was so jazzed to finally try this on our trip this time! The kimchi tatertots were really tasty but would have been better served hot (they were warm ish) but the star was def the cinnamon snail! So so worth the calories!
