They have a great selection of craft beer. Erick, the waiter was very very knowledgeable of the types of craft beer. They had IPAs, sours, stouts and more. Their food was great. Shrimp salad was fresh and their prosciutto, socolitto and VT cheese with the apples, walnuts, spicy raisins and fresh bread were delectable. Definitely coming back

Great beer menu including some hard to find Belgians and Vermont beers on draft the day we were there...fairly basic but solid and tasty food menu. Very chill and released atmosphere - I could have stayed all day. Excellent service.

Very well lived-in New York bar with an incredible beer selection. The sort of very, very long bar you find at the best NYC institutions with lots of floor space to mingle for the after work crowd. Would absolutely return.

I love visiting my home town. Walking around Manhattan I got the urge for some hard cider. I did some googling and found the Ginger Man. Not the best cider selection (Brooklyn Cider House and Bad Seed are better), but I enjoyed the atmosphere and the selection they had. The bartender (thanks Natalie!) was sweet and fun to talk to and the clientele was cool. I'll definitely come back when I'm in midtown ... And thirsty 😉👍🍺

Daily beer menu printed on recycled paper. Great service and beers. Went on a Tuesday night around 10pm. Excellent atmosphere. Bar full but helped promptly. Vicki behind the bar was nice.

Reviewing late as I came in August. I was just exploring Manhattan for a day as I had 13 hours between flights.
Stopped here for lunch and got a flight of beers. Food was great, beer was brilliant with a wide selection. Atmosphere was nice but I came as soon as it opened as my timing was off with jet lag so it took a little while for people to come in.
The lad behind the bar was helpful and chatty. He helped me pick out a bunch of local beers and kept me company, which was nice as I was traveling alone.
Would come again if I ever travel back over the pond.

This a a great bar! Over 70 beers on tap with many of them being NY micro brews. The service was great, the atmosphere was great and the beers were great. Definitely worth a stop of you are nearby!

If you are looking for a great beer selection this place has it. The bartender really knew his product and the cask ale alone is worth the visit. I should add it's a nice quiet atmosphere tucked away in a busy city.

Plenty of seating that you can choose for yourself. Attentive waitstaff. The blood orange cider was fantastic. For an establishment that focuses on alcohol, their food was amazing. I had the Thai chicken curry pie. Perfect. Not too big a portion and a flaky crust, side salad not overdone with vinaigrette. Only drawback is that it is dark in there...if you are older, you may need help reading the many options on the drink menu.

As expected living room decor and extensive beer variety on tap for a Ginger man location. For a native central Texan, what a great surprise to see kolaches on the menu. Granted fillings had a local twist, the bread was pretty spot on.
