The cronut was not as crispy and delicious as we had a few years ago. Cakes were just okay but nothing special. We understand they change the cakes seasonally. However, we don’t feel it’s worth the time for waiting in the line this time 🫤

The line was so long! I had to wait for 10-20 minutes, but it was okay. Croissant was alright, and cronut wasn't really as good as I had expected since it's so famous. But salted caramel eclairs was really good! It was my best eclairs I've ever had. The cashier recommended one pastries and I also got one. I don't remember the name of it, but it was really crunchy and tasted so good. If you don't know what to get, just ask them some recommendations!

Initially, I expected a lot from Dominique Ansel Bakery's cronut, but my first bite didn't meet those high expectations. Surprisingly, as I continued eating, the flavor won me over, and I ended up almost finishing the whole cronut. The gradual unfolding of its deliciousness was unexpected and impressive.

Me and my friends came here to lunch time., and the weather was so cold raining also...but we came in a lot of customers in there 😐...don't worry we will stayed in line but no longer ... because inside that's warm and cozy... apecialy smell so good (from homemade the bakery in the machine) .There're also indoor seating in the back (yard)of the bakery - rare because most New York bakeries have no seating and you have to eat outside.  They are SO many options of things to get,and one of the most popular here is "Cronut" that's all very delicious and we ordered the Chicken Sandwich served with green salad and we ordered Spinach with egg and cheese that's all yummy also. The staffs were so nice and kindly. Would definitely be up to visit again next time I'm in New York. There are still lots of things on the menu that I would love to try . Love ❤️ it.

World famous cronuts from Dominique Ansel Bakery. Can’t really describe the texture but it’s really good. In fact all the bakes are really really good, worth the early morning ride to Spring Street and the extra calories 🥐

The passionfruit mango dessert was quite complex in flavor, but somewhat lacking in texture. One must accept the priority here is presentation. Above average dessert, but nothing too special for the price. I'd characterize the cronut the same way. The coffee I ordered however, was not great. Since the kitchen is open, I could see it was hurriedly prepared and not much care or attention given to the coffee extraction process. I wouldn't order coffee here expecting it might be as good as the desserts - this is a bakery not a cafe. The atmosphere wasn't great. Not just because there were too many people, but because the restaurant is poorly maintained in the midst of a rush. Tables aren't cleaned often, and the chairs at the back of the outdoor section even had mud on them. I pity the poor folks that had to get a table right in front of the awkwardly positioned bathroom, which was in a narrow pathway - that whole area had some nasty fumes

Good service. Always delicious and fresh pastries. You should be there in time, there is usually a long queue at the entrance and it can happen that the most popular pastries are already sold out. Value for money is justified. To recommend.

Overall, great place! There was a line (as expected) but it went pretty quick. The cookie shot was warm and amazing! My husband and I honestly thought the Cronut was underwhelming and too hyped but everything else still made the wait well worth it. The staff was also very friendly.

The cronut is overhyped i was not a big fan of. Felt too sweet and just tasted like a creme filled doughnut in my opinion. We also ordered a mango calamansi tarte and a quiche. The tarte was very delicious and would come back for it. The quiche was also good. I would suggest ordering online so you can skip the line. Begun they tend to be really long most days
