Did not disappoint! Our waiter, Mike, was the best. Great attitude. Great service. The food came out quicker than expected. The bus boy(man) was very attentive. Removing out plates as soon as we were done and checking if we needed a refill.
The Texas Bourbon burger 🍔 was very tasteful, juice, exquisite!
The buffalo wings were spicy and juicy as well.
The fries were perfectly crispy.
Shakes, were very good! No feeling like you gotta sheez right after.
BBQ Chicken Salad was alright. Too much tomatoes. But the chicken was very tender and delicious.
For those that care, your receipt comes with a gratuity fee already included.

First, I tried this chain in Dublin. Saw it on the way to the hotel and had to have one of their burgers. I love the way they build them. I ordered the Bacon BBQ burger. My wife built her own. They treat great, and the customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend this location! I would also recommend the chain if you have a chance.

Many restaurants were not open due to Christmas. We passed by this burger restaurant and sat at the bar. Delicious burgers. The counter burger is highly recommended. Old school burger not so special. The lady behind the bar was super sweet. Thanks for the great service Nicky.

Had the minis and half half sweet potatoe fries/fries. Very delish. I got to pomberry Lemonade. Refreshing. Too many people. Not enough restrooms. Only complaint. Great place. If you havent tried it , you should!

We came to The Counter because it wasn't as busy as surrounding restaurants. The service was quick and everyone was very courteous. Also, the food was very delicious. The burgers, fries, tater tots and milkshake were all extremely good and we would definitely recommend this place if you are near by.

Yesterday me, my sister and our friend visited The Counter for the first time. Thanks to the care of the administrator and the waiter, we got the feeling that we had come to our favorite place. Everything we ordered was very tasty and made from fresh ingredients. The burgers were exactly the roast that we ordered, the burgers were juicy, fragrant and tasty. The French fries was great: cut into small slices, which made me very happy, deliciously cooked [not overdried] and lightly sprinkled with paprika. We regretted that we only ordered one serving of it. We will definitely visit The Counter again when we will be in NY after week.

Had a homeless man bother us while seating out, went inside and had him follow us in. Commend the staff's handling of the incident while respecting the dignity of the young man.

Food was delicious. The waiter Mike was so kind and helpful but the woman who was standing at door side was really so cold. We did not understand what was her problem. Overall experience is satisfying. You should visit to taste delicious hamburger.

Not a huge fan of hamburgers...but this one was absolutely amazing!
Not giving it a 5 star, since the service was not 100% on point. Waitress forgot part of our order. Who seemed to be the manager looked a bit upset at one of the waitresses and did not speak to her in the nicest way. Will definitely go back to this place again for the food! :)

For me it is the best burger in the city. We tried different burger restaurants and ended up loving this place. The burgers on the menu are great, but you can create your own burger as well. Since you are allowed to add as many toppings as you like, the burgers become, really big, really fast. We loved the experience and the taste. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers.

Fascinating!!! They were able to seat and serve my friend, and I quickly, despite being packed. The food was delicious, and meat juicy and savory. The waitress was incredibly helpful, and kind! Even holding on to a bag I accidentally left behind until we could come back and grab it! The only downside is the wish I could've given our waitress a bigger tip!

Visiting Times Square this is a great little spot to stop. Wife and I had a Breakfast burger, Chx Bacon Ranch and shared the loaded tots (sides are extra so best to share). Kids had Grilled Cheese Trifecta and custom burger then topped it off with Birthday cake shakes. Food was great! We all ate for $120 not bad for a NYC sit down in Times Square!

We stopped in while walking around NYC and didn't expect a lot from the food. We were pleasantly surprised! The burgers were juicy and seasoned, and the fries crispy. Service wasn't great but the food more than made up for it.

Nice burger place. I had ordered the counter burger and mixed fries, which I liked. However, I liked my boyfriend's order better- the sprouted veggie burger. From the name, I was expecting sprouts and greens, but it was a pleasant surprise to instead have a nice flavorful patty. It was delicious! And the dips are amazing too!

Great gluten free customizable burger options, I got an impossible burger with a lot of toppings, my husband and I were not disappointed. This was my first time at The Counter and his first time in NYC, the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere. My husband also had an orange float.

Great place to find burgers just how you want them. Salads too. So much choice and options with great tasting food throughout. You just have to visit!! Staff very helpful and attentive.

Pretty yummy burgers when you're in the mood for them. I was definitely satisfied and usually don't feel good from too much red meat but surprisingly felt fine after eating here. Food was quick, bartender was funny and nice. Only real complaint is sitting at the bar is annoying since people walking by constantly hit your elbows since it's a small restaurant
