I came here the first morning we were in New York as a family. Being a 24/7 supermarket helped as I could get up early and beat any rush. Get everything I needed with no hassle. The reusable bags we also brought home with us as they were good quality. It's not like the rubbish we get in the UK.
I'd recommend this store for convenience alone.

I work near here and it's a nice alternative for lunch. The hot bar has reasonably good selections. I appreciate that it is a full grocery store in the neighborhood so I can also get whole, fresh fruit. They also have an extensive selection of vegetable and fruit juices.

I get their prepared food for lunch quite frequently. Usually decent and dependable.
My main complaint is that the chef is mayonnaise obsessed. Anything pre-made that involves mayonnaise has about twice as much mayonnaise as it should. I just had some egg salad that was disgustingly soupy with mayonnaise!!!
Lighten up chef. Let us taste the food!!

I've been to this particulation location less than a hand full of times but I must say its one of my favorite locations thus far and will be coming here more frequent. Its pretty big being three floors. Main floor and bottom floor is where you'll find products and the third floor is seating area to eat in. Mainfloor is the largest of the three floors which includes the Bakery upon entry, The Deli, a Coffee station, Salad and Hot food bar, and Registers. Lower level can be accessed using the escalators or elevator. Aisles are neatly stocked, organized, and clean. Staff seems friendly, products are great, and this location is also open 24 hours. Great location!
Nouvelle Chicane
This is a 24 hr store and has an upstairs to sit down and relax from the stress of the city. This particular location has fabulous cashiers and staff. They are all smart, beautiful, and courteous people that smile and pack for you. I went a lot during the pandemic, and they were troopers.
They are careful with the produce, the milk is fresh and lasts the longest in the city in my experience.
Sure it's a bit more expensive than Trader Joes, but it's open around the clock, far more convenient and personal, the lines are 50X shorter and the selection is superior. You can find deals if you look. The takeout coffee, pastries and cake are very good too. I am glad they have been in my neighborhood for over 20 years.

Love the variety of made-up foods and the fruit is fresh...my bag of cherries didn't have one bad one and they were really good. Not far from the Hilton.

Love this place. They have a nice fresh buffet with a lot of different types of food. Hot and cold, salads, drinks, deserts.The customer service is good and the prices as well. Recommended.

I called in to ask about a specific item they verified the item was there. I grabbed some sushi and the sushi staff was very polite, even asked me if there were any quarziona they could answer for me

They have a good variety of produce. On the more pricey side, but they are located Midtown and open until later (12am, even on the weekend). Some vegan options as well. This Christmas they have the stollen downstairs (it's vegan) and almond egg nog, some ice-cream and dessert. Couldn't find vegan pizza, but still happy with what I purchased. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I was staying at a hotel near by amd was very glad that I can just walk in to this 24 hours market place and get hot souod at 11 pm. It has hot coffee and tea and wide variaty of fruits and vegetables. I did buy a pack of 6 muffins but they tasted very waxy. I threw them out. I think the place is very big for center of the city and the hot food, though fewer choice the price was $10/LB . Which was cheaper than Whole Foods near by.

Great market with just about anything you need. I did not see the seating area upstairs but great to know they have space available. For me it was a convenient late night stop to pick up water and snacks.
