An organic grocery store with buffet line for lunch (13.99 USD/Lb). The items are, of course, on a high price. But they provide a good selection of items. So, if you are in need of a quick grocery stop for a few items in this area, this could be a good spot. I wouldn't use this place as my main grocery shopping spot though. As for the buffet line, the ingredients are fresh and mostly well-seasoned. I highly recommend their baked salmon and avocado salad but wouldn't recommend the sausages with mushroom, as the sausages are plain salty with no other redeemable taste. (Expected it to be more herbal based on its look.) The one pictured in this review is 14.62 USD/box - tax included.
I really appreciated this Deli. In a baking hot New York summer, the salad bar is just brilliant, providing a refreshing, filling, healthy and tasty lunch. Their salads offer a welcome respite to New York's excruciatingly high prices. They also have a pizza oven and self-service buffet arrangement too, amidst wall to wall adornments of fresh fruit and veg, cured meats and seafood, lots of cheeses, breads, delicacies, deserts, chocolates and more. In fact, the shop is crammed full of delicacies, with every available space used to ensure their offering of an extensive variety of stock. Amish market is a brand name, and this is actually a chain store deli.

Didn't know what to expect but it wasn't this variety of modern products that seemed too much for the small space.
The fresh lunch options were tasty and priced for the location. As were the desserts. Thankfully, the coffee was hot and well-made, as the constantly opening door made for a cold lunch in March. Staff were neutral
A true diamond amongst the bright lights. About 10 min from Rockefeller center. Everything in here is so good and they have it all from groceries to fresh cut steaks. We went with an ensemble of desserts to take home after dinner. They were all phenomenal but the Cannoli put me on the floor.
Best specialty grocery store in the area! Always has a large variety of snacks. They serve fresh hot lunch buffet that is equally affordable and delicious. Always come here to satisfy my sweets craving.
Never knew city had an Amish Market, so it was a nice surprise. It seemed to have everything and good selection of interesting cheese.
Has been a welcome addition to the neighborhood since its arrival. Their sandwiches menu is varied and large and the sandwiches are very good. In the hot summer months the gazpacho and cucumber yogurt soups rock. The hot prepared buffet is very good and also very varied with a catered meal quality. The fresh made brick oven pizza are a find. The grocery selection, especially the olive oils, vinegars and cheese, provides a wide assortment and a decent value. The other grocery items are broad as well but varying in price. The produce and vegetable selection is better than the local "chain" supermarkets and is usually well priced in comparison as well. The butcher shop has great meats and poultry. There’s a small selection of fresh fish as well as frozen.
Fantastic grocery store that stocks pretty much everything you need. It's very vegan friendly as they stock vegan wraps, snacks, tofu, hummus, amazing fruit and veg, plant milks, vegan dairy products etc,. But it also has a great meat counter, cured meats, dairy etc too. Only downside is NYC prices but this isn't their fault.
One of my favorite grocery stores! Prices can compete with Trader Joe’s but with more local options!!
Definitely recommended. Deli sandwiches are amazing! Quality of the food is great. It has a lot to offer.
