I ordered from the magical 🪄 voice In the box and like a human she had errors with my order. When I got to the window 🪟 the cashier was very polite and funny. She didn't catch an attitude which is not common for Rally's and she politely made sure my order was corrected by calling the manager. Afterwards she proceeded with a joke and it was funny. We need more energetic and polite people like (Neisha🎉)

Food isn't very good, but the service usually was. Something about the food being ready 43 seconds after I order is alarming, but a big meal for 2 for under 15 dollars, who am I to complain. 5 stars.

It's always a pleasure going to thos location. The staff is amazing, they are fast and friendly. Neshia was so friendly. My food is always hot and correct.

The red beans and rice, fried fish and potato salad was great! I didn't care for the dry jambalaya and the imitation cheese in the mac&cheese.

This was the best Rally's I've been to anywhere. It was late night so, it took longer than normal. But the employees were so nice and helpful the wait didn't matter. All the food was hot and fresh. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. Great job!!!!!

Their just getting better and better. Great customer service,.it took a little longer than usual. But my order was exact. And the Fries 🍟 O mamma Talk about fresh and hot I'm definitely going back to That Carrollton location again ❤️

They were closing I was told at 630 pm but the young lady at the window I guess figured out that just because I was white, that I wasn't that bad after all.

Prompt service. Although i went almost at midnight, the food felt just cooked and not like it was sitting for a while. Other than forgetting my straw, employees greeted and were friendly. Will definitely go back
