Swegs salad at uno I normally get this salads because I’m desperately trying to lose weight and the only way to do that is low carbs, but anyway lol I like these salads they are always fresh I wish they came with a little more dressing though the portion is good but when I’m eating the ceaser salad I feel like it needs some more dressing otherwise the flavor is good!

The place is a little hidden gem. A good variety of options to choose from. Even though this is a 'healthy' place, it's not lacking in the flavor department and that's the important thing. It's a great lunch place.

This place is great lots of healthy choices for breakfast lunch or dinner without having to get a sandwich. It's a little pricey but what good healthy food isn't. Highly recommend.

I'd highly recommend this restaurant. The recipes are absolutely delicious and natural. It's very affordable which makes eating healthy so much easier. By far my favorite spot in Mid City!!!!

It's good, but it's a bit pricey and not quite comfort food. But it's very healthy-minded, New Orleans need more of that.

This place offers the absolute best in the country of healthy eating. Unlike many others that only have a refrigerator full of meals, this place offers freshly cooked meals that you can enjoy there. Great friendly staff. I purposely chose to deviate my route twice in order to stop here.
