The cupcakes were delicious. However when you go in store they just have the display of cupcakes. I do believe you should put a warning next to the ones that have any sort of pepper or is spicy. I had the hot cocoa one. No warnings , though it would be a sweet cupcake. It had Cheyenne pepper in it and you could TASTE IT. No warnings at all. Either put a warning or let the customer know that specific cupcake is spicy because I would not have gotten it. Other them that, the cupcakes are good.

I ordered a Spiderman (Spiderverse) character themed cake and cupcakes. The cake/cupcakes were a hit! My daughter loved the design. They were moist and delicious 😋 I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I recently ordered graduation and birthday cupcakes via online - store pickup through their website and also on Uber Eats. My Uber Eats order was sealed with a safety sticker to prevent tampering which I absolutely appreciated. I also appreciate the associate for honoring my birthday reward for this particular order. And most importantly the cupcakes were fresh and delicious! Red Velvet, Strawberry cheesecake and Lemon Berry are my absolute favorites.

After reviewing the social media post I decided to take a chance and allow Cup Cake Collection-- New Orleans to make my daughter's birthday cake. They did an amazing job with the decorations but most importantly the cake was DELICIOUS.
We have had several "cute " cakes in the past but this is the one of the best tasting cakes we have had in a long time.
Thank you for taking my ideas and creating something that not only looks AMAZING but tastes just as AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩

I ordered a custom cake as a surprise for my partner's birthday. We are from NYC and were celebrating in New Orleans. Ordering over the phone was very easy. They delivered the cake to our hotel and it was exactly what I ordered and tasted delicious. Janay took my order and called to let me know that the cake had been delivered and would be in our room. This little shop is so fine! We were only in New Orleans for a couple of days, but we had to stop in twice it was so good! We tried the Sweet Potato, Birthday Cake, and Wedding Cake cupcakes, and we were so impressed with the freshness, flavors, and lightness of the frosting. The employees were top-notch, too--so friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we didn't bring any home with us. Maybe next time?

I ordered cupcakes from abroad because I heard The Cupcake Collection had the best cupcakes in town! The cupcakes were delivered in a timely manner to the hotel and they included my message on a card. The cupcakes were enjoyed by the recipient and looked fab on the pictures he sent :)

We visited here on Wednesday 11th January on my birthday and had such a wonderful experience with the lovely worker there that day. She recommended the sweet potato cupcake which was my absolute favourite one of the 5 we tried. All cupcakes were delicious, I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stop by for a cupcake!
