I am so thankful for vegan options! I had the coconut almond base ice cream, which really hardens when frozen so it was not as easy to roll and I completely understand. They used a fresh clean top and clean utensils as well. Was originally going to get a sno-ball but they were out of ice, being later in the evening. Glad I was able to enjoy vegan ice cream on vacation!!!

Very good rolled icecream with sufficient variety in flavors. Cozy and warm atmosphere, only downside is the lack of parking but that is because of the popularity.

The staff is very personable and the ice cream was high quality, presented in an imaginative way. My only complaint is the length of the wait. There were 2 of us and we had to wait for the server to do the sundaes one at a time, so I was half finished with mine before my son got his. Staff needs to work on organization & efficiency.

Nice staff but not enough of them. They were super busy with customers and Uber orders coming through. We had to wait about 10 minutes just to place an order.
They sell rolled ice cream and snowballs. Prices are $6.50 for the rolled ice cream. Prices vary for the snowballs.
It took like 30 minutes to get our ice cream order. The staff was super nice but it appeared to be all teenagers with no real leadership on the floor.

This was my first time having a rolled ice cream. The experience was awesome and the desserts were even better. If you haven't been, I HIGHLY recommend it. Very cool vibes and employees.

This was a great experience! The gentleman at this cart in The French Market was friendly, kind and engaging as well as excellent at the production of his job. The fun comes from watching this ice cream get rolled, the tasty reward was how many excellent toppings we got!

This was a very good experience for me. With all of the flavors to choose from I had no idea where to start. They helped me with that and the icecream was awesome. Then you can get as many toppings as you want...... man this is the place

Finally made it & the coast was clear. 75 degrees and balmy; and the Freezy 'My Thai' ice cream for the bill for ice cream goodness.
Love the nature/disposition of the employees. Friendly, patient & accommodating.
Love the selection of pre made creations available.
Cost is a little above the norm, but consider the process & the creation... So Worth it
