Me and my boyfriend went to this place for the first tim and we left there stuffed. The staff is extremely friendly and can I say the food was-Delicious!! A great deal for your money! We are definitely are going back. Heads up...their menu changes daily.

I live in Texas was visiting m y sisters and FAMILY WENT OUT TO HAVE LUNCH AT THIS HOME COOKING RESTAURANT VERY VERY GOOD FOOD. ALSO OWNERS WERE GREAT.

We got a chicken dinner and split it between two people and still couldn't finish it, it comes with so much food.
Service was fast and friendly.
The food was delicious. Everything is homemade. I can't express how delicious the rice and gravy, Mac and cheese, potato salad, and fried chicken were.
We fed two people for less than $20! Less than $20 with high quality food! You can't even do that at McDonald's.
If you're visit from out of state, definitely leave the downtown area and visit here.

Everything was great but i spilled some gravy on my pants and its hard to take off and the cook has over 30 years of recipes in her head. Lol. So awesome. Hold onto your napkins so you dont get food stains 😂

I sent my bf to get me some chitlins, smothered turkey necks, and gumbo and everything was perfect! It gave me such a nostalgic, longing feeling. Definitely tastes like it was made with love and considerable effort. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel comforted while enjoying fresh tasting, flavorful food. It really does taste like home 💖
