Great place for late-night chilling. Good range of beer on tap. Food was great! Got a pulled pork burger with a side of waffle fries. Both came out fresh and good to cap off the night. Would come again.

Stumbled upon this bar on the way to the cemeteries. Good selection of brews. Xander was wonderful. Wish we could have gotten a chance to make it back before we left.

The Bulldog is a Lakeview gem. Its right across the street from the cemetaries and next to Mid City. They have like 40 beers on tap, good wifi, and lots of tables. They also have shuffleboard. The patio is huge as well. It's not covered but they do have heaters and fans out there. There's one couch if you want to cuddle, but otherwise the tables inside are a mix of high tops and low tops. Beers are reasonably priced, and the music is usually solid but not too loud to have a conversation.

We had a fabulous night at the Bulldog!! We had a private party on the patio. The vibe was lovely from the get-go, with Christina, the event coordinator being so gracious and helpful. The patio was clean and well set up. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The folks who work there were all helpful and polite. And last but definitely not least, our very own private bartender, Xander, was THE!!! BEST!!! He was slinging the drinks like nobody's business! Laughing and smiling with us all. I hope he had as good a time as we did. THANKS A MILLION!!!

If you ever need a beer, a really good cold beer, come to @bulldog_midcity, you will be pleased. I had the Blackened Voodoo one, a smooth and yummy black beer.

Amazing service! Super dog friendly! The food was super tasty.
There were no dead people here and the beer was super cold not warm like what another review stated.
Come here for some super good bar food and nummy nummy drinks.
