Made a visit to Smoothie King on St Charles nice location well kept store employees are polite but my order was wrong and all of the PB swizzle in return I'm not sure what I got I noticed Swizzle include strawberries I received none in the smoothie that was at the bottom was very liquidy as if it was over processed I had some type of reddish type of dried fruit I believe or something that I did not expect to be on the swizzle was disappointed cuz my mouth was ready for what I ordered nevertheless I continued home I was on a Time crunch.

I literally go here every morning, and get the same smoothie. It's super consistent and quick. I love the staff, and the customer service. They know me by smoothie and start making it as soon as I walk in. Even at times and on days when the are slammed (like $5 Fridays) they move the line along quickly. I'll keep going here, every morning.

Some if the drinks may be high in carbs, but you can get low gi gladiator protein in cofee type drinks as well. I generally get the gladiator since its thr highest in protein. The vegetable juice smoothies are also good. The additives can add fat loss or stimulant effect. Multi vitamin or muscle builder is also an option. The irvin naturals supplements are sold here as well as preworkout type supplements
You can use rewards to purchase things here as well. Generally a good place for workout centric people
