Simply THE BEST pizza in this city. Quality fresh ingredients and very friendly servers. We prefer their thin crust pizza which would be a regular crust anywhere else.

Fantastic deep dish pizza and salads WAY better than expected from a pizza joint. Casual atmosphere in a cool neighborhood. Great mix of families, date nights, and regular bar patrons.

The pizzas here are the closest to real Italian pizzas I ever had here in Louisiana. They are absolutely delicious!, you can tell the good quality of the ingredients!, they are not too heavy, not too greasy! The atmosphere is fun, and not too loud, which make it perfect to talk. The service is awesome here too!, I totally recommend this place!

Busy night since it was homecoming. Was told ahead of time to-go order’s would take 45 minutes or more so no surprise. Was greeted quickly at bar and told they were working on my order. Cook’s definitely working hard. Got my 2 pizzas and left a good tip. Hot and delicious when we got them home. Generous helping of veggies plus pepperonis. Nice crust,. Would order from them again. Why not 5 stars? Just came back from northern Italy so I was spoiled!

Ordered the large #18 deep dish pizza. It was great and I have leftover for lunch tomorrow. Will definitely order from you again. I would definitely have to say it's the best deep dish pizza I've had in New Orleans. Looking forward to trying some of your others!

First time trying this place and I definitely will be back! They have a ton of pizza options and not only deep dish but thin crust as well. I had the Reggie Dunlop & my boyfriend had the Maselli deep dish style. We each had a 10in which was plenty of food (Were able to take 2 big slices home). All of the ingredients tasted very fresh and they definitely didn’t short you. My only complaint about my pizza was that the red onion was overpowering on the Reggie Dunlop. I would come back and order a different option because this deep dish was still really good! Also, I loved the meatballs that were on the Maselli and they have a meatball appetizer. We spent about $40 between the two of us, but we definitely could’ve shared the larger size deep dish instead of getting two pizzas. I felt like the prices were reasonable for the quality and amount of food we had. Service was great, but know the deep dish takes a little longer to cook (it’s worth the wait)!

Was in town for work and this was walking distance from my hotel, with great reviews? Why the hell not.
It was a slow, uneventful, Nola night so wasn't busy. The restaurant has a nice charisma to it, lots of wood, large glass windows in front. Really liked it.
Was flying solo so just me at the bar, and the bar manager who's name is beyond me right now was awesome. Inviting, engaging, and friendly.
Got some wings and a pizza. Now the wings took forever to get to me, I won't complain about it because I was watching sports on my phone but manager came by and said "kitchen is slow, these are on me".
The wings when they got to me were epic. Perfect crispy texture, great sauce. Was awesome.
The pizza was just perfect. Crispy. Ingredients tasted like they were fresh. Overall this was a fantastic experience. I am going to be back in town soon for work, so you know I'll be back.

Midway Pizza has a huge variety of pizza options available on thin crust or deep dish. The beer was cold and the pizza was hot and fresh, great for a rainy summer day in NOLA. We were impressed by the density of toppings on the pizza.

Went here pretty late at night and all I have to say is that this will become a permanent spot for me.
We ordered meatballs, a "Reggie Dunlop" pizza that according to the website has:
Chopped garlic, olive oil, mozzarella, gorgonzola, Prosciutto, pickled red onion, chopped pecans topped with arugula and a balsamic reduction
and I had a beer they had on tap.
The meatballs with marinara sauce and green onions were great. I regret not having a photo to share of it but we tore into it right away. However, they weren't worth the price and they were not perfect, I have had better elsewhere..
The reggie dunlop pizza was great, but there were a few issues with it. It was very oily, much more than I would expect from a deep dish pizza with extra oil. Yeah, that oily. It was still delicious but it was nothing to write home about. I also cannot speak on the authenticity of the "deep dish" claim, but it is not as deep as a dish as I have experienced in Chicago.
They do not have many drinks available even though they advertise as they do. Seemingly out of every beverage. Overall, I would not recommend this place as a detour or somewhere to plan a day around,. It should be visited if you're in the area and want to go out and have a nice evening. Everything is more expensive than it should be, and you should just go to Blaze if you want the most efficient food. This place IS however better those restaurants so if you're feeling fancy and live in the area, I definitely recommend this place

(Rewritten review) so I first wrote a review of this place several years ago. Now coming back as a veteran reviewer and having lived in new Orleans for six years I'd like to rewrite my review.
The service here is great! Especially since they can get very busy! The piza is amazing absolutely worth the price! Deep dish is key! If you hve never had a deep dish pizza before today is the day to try one because it will knock your delicious mid-way premium beer out of your hands! I never liked salad but when I tried the zeus salad I loved it! Delicious tomatoes, and the vinagerette is to die for it really makes the dish!
A+ food and service
Now as far as decor I have to say I really enjoy the good musician art flitted about the place along with the humorously hung luchador banner in the far right corner of the restaurant. Which is also where u can sit and watch the chefs make your pizza! I also enjoy that all the tables (not booths) have paper on them which you obviously have to doodle on! And childrens drawing are hung in the bathroom hallway!
A+ Interior
Finally the owners whom I've actually met! Are really kind and fun loving people I haven't spoken to them in a good minute but I really appreciated the last time I spoke to them. They run an amazing location and I appreciate all the work they've put into this place 💖💖💖
