From the first time I ordered from Jimmy John's, to the last order for delivery, I have never been disappointed. I treat myself about every two weeks.
I love their food and their service. My order is delivered within 10-15 minutes by friendly people on their bicycles.

Ordered delivery through web browser. I ordered at 9:23p and received the order at 9:35p. I was 1.25 miles driving distance across some very rough roads. Very pleased with the speed of the delivery. Freaky fast delivery!

Went to do some work. NO WIFI. But staff was so very friendly and freaky fast of course. Food was delicious, too. Would go back more if they had WiFi!

Drew Breeses investment is beginning to slip. The staff are lacking the customer service for a gourmet sandwich store. It's the dependable food that brings people there. They are copy cat competitor from losing a lot of business.
