From the first time I ordered from Jimmy John's, to the last order for delivery, I have never been disappointed. I treat myself about every two weeks.
I love their food and their service. My order is delivered within 10-15 minutes by friendly people on their bicycles.
Crazy fast. My sandwich was ready before I finished paying. And its good too, so that's a bonus. I spent more time trying to find a parking spot than I did inside the store. I should have just stopped in the middle of the street, ran in, grabbed my sandwich and got in my truck and left.
Ordered delivery through web browser. I ordered at 9:23p and received the order at 9:35p. I was 1.25 miles driving distance across some very rough roads. Very pleased with the speed of the delivery. Freaky fast delivery!
So I give Jimmy John's 5 stars for 3 reasons:
1) Inexpensive, but also a good value and nice sized sandwiches
2) Crazy fast, they really do take pride in how quickly they serve you. The delivery service is also similarly fast and way more convenient than other food vendors that deliver
3) I'll be honest, I always get the same thing, the "beach club", but if if I could have a "sandwich soulmate", it would be the beach club. It is a super light-tasting, california-y sandwich that makes me happy for the rest of the day. I know some other sandwiches you get are a little skimpy, but take my word for it, try the beach club, or any of the other clubs, they're a great value.

Drew Breeses investment is beginning to slip. The staff are lacking the customer service for a gourmet sandwich store. It's the dependable food that brings people there. They are copy cat competitor from losing a lot of business.
I dno. I'm sure the service is good and all but I was here to fix the air conditioner. Why do you keep asking me how each of my service calls were, Google? Since you do that, I'm going to start doing this.
Went to do some work. NO WIFI. But staff was so very friendly and freaky fast of course. Food was delicious, too. Would go back more if they had WiFi!
Definitely fast service. Food was ok but I picked a safe sandwich. I'll be more adventurous next time.
Great food great speed.Have been here a handful of times and staff provides excellent service at a great speed.Have no idea why people are complaining about service speed...........It truly is freaky fast 😉🤗
