The word for this restaurant concept is DETAIL. From the courteous security guard outside, to the cuisine, to the servers, to the atmosphere, to the tableware and even to the size of the lemon for iced tea, every aspect is flawless and polished. The open kitchen is gleaming with tuned up efficiency. I have been a patron for decades. You will become one too!

We come to New Orleans a few times a year. Tried Hustons for the first time this trip. So impressed with the food, service and vibe that we came back twice that week! Demetrius, Daisy, and Jeremy were outstanding staff and took great care of us. The jazz trio that plays is amazing! The food was delicious and expertly prepared. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy; refined and relaxed. We loved it! We will be back!

My husband and I were in town for our 1 year anniversary. We ended up here last minute not knowing what kind of food they serviced or anything. The place was amazing. Our server, Andrew, was so nice and knew the menu well. After spending the weekend trying new foods, we both ordered burgers. They were the best burgers we had in a long time. When Andrew found out it was our anniversary, he brought our desert to our table with lit candles.

What a spectacular experience! A friendly doorman immediately greeted us. Upon check-in, we were promptly ushered to our table and asked for our drink order! Our waitress came to the table shortly after that to introduce herself and see if we were ready for an appetizer. Our drinks arrived soon after that.🍸🍷We ordered the shrimp cocktail; the shrimp were large, delicious, and adequately deveined, followed by the ahi tuna salad, which was out of this world. The tuna was so fresh, lightly seared, and tasted like someone had just caught it that day. My date ordered the spare ribs and ate the entire rack, and I opted for the NY strip that was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and seared with a salt and pepper crust. My ONLY complaint is that they do not serve espresso martinis. A restaurant of this caliber is missing the mark here. I was extremely disappointed as it is my preferred after-dinner cocktail. Especially after eating a steak. 🥩

Great place to dine at if in New Orleans, 1st time here, food was fantastic, i had the burger, and it was one of the best i've had, it was perfectly seasoned, the bun was amazing! Fries were great, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Salmon was delicious, pan seared gave a great crisp! Service was top notch, they went above and beyond. Would revisit, i do recommend.

Houstons quality or service has not changed a bit over the years!! The food, the service, the atmosphere, all on point. There's a security guard and he greeted us when we came in and when we left. The music was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the waitress Alexis was great!! Will return a thousand times!
