Very clean play area plus the food was quick n fresh
The drive thru lady didn't ask who I was for my mobile order she gave my receipt didn't even say GM or look at me. Then I pulled up to get food and the same thing no GM or nothing. Just remember customer service goes q long way.

Unlike Other McDonalds I have reviewed on my travels this one was very attentive to customers despite being overwhelmed.
Several orders being placed ahead of me but I had only just sat down when they called my number.

Dude this is the best McDonald’s ever. Food is always good, the drive thru person is always friendly, and they’ve never messed up an order or even forgotten a single thing when I go through. I drive past the other McDs a mile up the road on Nolensville just to come here cause it’s that much better
I stopped in late to grab something for my wife and I, and there was a line of cars two deep all the way around the building. When I finally placed my order, I was met with a kind and cool voice on the other side. When I got to the pay window, I was met by a beautiful young lady who, despite the rush of people, had a sweet demeanor and a smile for me, then off to the window to get my order, I was met by another sweet gal who was so friendly and treated me as if I were the only one in that line. This crew was professional and cool under pressure and I just wanted to commend them for this. I'm sorry I didn't get names, but the calm faces I saw, were a direct result of the entire crew. Sorry for the long winded review.
I have let go of any expectations of mcdonalds in general because of how many times mcds has messed up but this location is a breath of fresh air. Everyone is friendly the place is so clean and the speed of service is great.

Fast service ever! This guys are the champions. Long lines in the drive thru and inside and keeping up with the good service. The restaurant is old, though. They deserve a better place and the customers too.
I would give it 5 stars, but it's McDonalds... However, for McDonalds, this is one of the best ones in the area. They are open 24 hours which is amazing for late night snacks. But the most important thing is that 99% of the time, the Diet Cole is on point. This is a problem I experience at other locations. Too many times have I gotten a soda that seriously needed more syrup added. But they seem to be doing something right at this location.
Mostly nice young people, except for a younger teenage boy. He didn't want to give me all of my change. He then thought that was funny.
The service at this restaurant has become amazing. Not sure what they have done, but those working is way more pleasant and they fulfill the orders fast and accurate. Glad they have brought in the staff and management they have over the past year.
