The drive thru lady didn't ask who I was for my mobile order she gave my receipt didn't even say GM or look at me. Then I pulled up to get food and the same thing no GM or nothing. Just remember customer service goes q long way.
Unlike Other McDonalds I have reviewed on my travels this one was very attentive to customers despite being overwhelmed.

Dude this is the best McDonald’s ever. Food is always good, the drive thru person is always friendly, and they’ve never messed up an order or even forgotten a single thing when I go through. I drive past the other McDs a mile up the road on Nolensville just to come here cause it’s that much better

I have let go of any expectations of mcdonalds in general because of how many times mcds has messed up but this location is a breath of fresh air. Everyone is friendly the place is so clean and the speed of service is great.

Fast service ever! This guys are the champions. Long lines in the drive thru and inside and keeping up with the good service. The restaurant is old, though. They deserve a better place and the customers too.

Mostly nice young people, except for a younger teenage boy. He didn't want to give me all of my change. He then thought that was funny.
The service at this restaurant has become amazing. Not sure what they have done, but those working is way more pleasant and they fulfill the orders fast and accurate. Glad they have brought in the staff and management they have over the past year.
