Despite ordering an espresso, I was disappointed with the slow service which prevented me from receiving my two shots. However, the location remains ideal for both students and employees seeking a place to unwind.

Good, convenient location right off the light rail. Service was fast and the staff was friendly enough. The dining room cleanliness was on par. I’ll be back.

I love this location! One of my first times visiting Caribou and Lauren helped me pick the perfect drink. So sweet and everyone was really nice! Will come back for sure.

Amazing service. I came running in the rain to this Caribou and the lovely barista named Alica decorated my hot chocolate beautifully.

Staff are nice and friendly, especially Catherine. Food is good, i recommend the maple waffle. The place looks nice and feels comfortable to sit it. Prices are reasonable. A good place to have a quick breakfast. I will definitely be back.

Place was busy, but still very clean with quick service. Alexis was cheerful, friendly and efficient getting our order taken and correctly prepped, while also helping out around her.
