Always very busy so the wait lines can be quite long to order and receive the drink but the staff generally work hard to try to fill the orders efficiently. Also they do not have enough parking which makes it difficult to just pick up your coffee.

At this store, there are cultural differences between most of the customers and the employees. Moreover, this store is a great place, where can make someone feel as they travelled to Ethiopia and or to Somalia. Mostly Oromo and Somali seniors who retired and cannot work any longer hangout. These two nations are both oral communities. They normally Culturally interact and hangout at this Starbucks. When it comes to the human interaction, they do not just take sit down and talk, but they talk very loud. In the eyes of the typical American people that is out of norm. In the eyes of the Oromos and the Somalis that culture is norm, that is part of their daily life activity. All these activities are very valuable and important in their culture. They like to spend sometime with their friends, when they do so, they go back home that day feeling healthy, happy and have no stress at all. They sleep well! This store means a lot for them. It brings them together and unites them as well. Finally, people who work here are engaged well, they have effective communication skills; they get trained working with different communities with different cultures and backgrounds. They also learn and experience different and interesting cultures. However, it’s fair to mention that most of the customers at this store had gone through a lot of difficulties in their life. Most of them if not all had experienced tragedies. For instance, their family members and their love ones were killed in front of them, Their mothers, their sisters and their daughters were ripped. They went through many bad life experiences such as, killing, looting and maiming. Serving someone who went through all these experience is not easy thing. It requires patience and tolerance. It is very important to understand that most of the customers had gone through a lot of difficulties in their life in which many of you have never experienced and can’t even imagine. The differences and the diversity at this store may appear absurd for some people and some others may think that it’s chaos. “No, but this is our culture, who we are and what we went through may shape our behavior and how we deal with people, Ahmed said. “Please be patient and pardon us”. Thank you for reading!

Great latte! Excellent premade salad and sandwiches were very fresh! Cashier didn't speak very good English tho. I had trouble with my card and she was really hard to understand.

Ok so it's not the Starbucks in uptown or downtown or wherever... it is frequented by the locals in the neighborhood as are most coffee shops and many of the locals are Somali. If that bothers you go elsewhere or get over yourself and expand your horizons. It's a busy well used space, the employees are friendly and usually slammed doing the best they can. Recent remodels of the store and parking lot upgrades have made this a nicer spot. Do mobile ordering to try and skip a long line or go at an off time. Sometimes there is nowhere to park and often it's busy which can be frustrating, it's still Starbucks though so if that's what you're after in this neighborhood go get it!

Great selection of sugar free flavor add ins. If you have the Starbucks app, use it to order in advance here. This location is always busy on weekdays due to being in a large apartment building and near many office locations in downtown. The app ordering makes it easy to get your coffee and go without having to wait in line.

Busy! Whenever I have been in there, the employees are great! They are friendly & provide good customer service. They appear to be able to keep up with the busy location. My drink was yummy, tasted as expected.

Come here often; great staff. Parking can be sucky. I don't know what previous reviewer meant about "tough crowd"; I patronize 3 Starbucks regularly and the clientele here are no ruder or nicer than any of the others. One thing frustrating to today - 10+ minute wait in line. Line is now 15 people deep. Not sure what's going on, but a few customers left before ordering.
