Staff was very nice. They did a very good job. The store is well kept very clean welcoming. I chose to go here over the Jimmy John’s in Bloomington because of all the bad reviews down. There was definitely a good choice because this sandwich is absolutely amazing. Great ingredients. Nice and quick, can’t recommend this location enough for a good delicious sandwich.

I like to give credit when credit is due This was my second time trying Jersey Mikes and my first time at this location. My experience was great, the staff works together like a well oiled machine! As soon as the lunch rush was over they all just started cleaning and restocking, nobody needed to be told what to do.
Everyone was friendly which is so rare now a days.
I worked in fast food myself and know it can be stressful, but none of the staff seemed stressed at all.
I will definitely be back!

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak and brownie were delicious. Would’ve given 5 stars but they forgot the chips from my Uber Eats order and $26.35 seems a bit high for a sandwich, chips and brownie.

I go here pretty frequently and the staff is awesome. The subs are fresh and taste good. They can feel a bit pricy but I prefer these subs over Subway/alternatives. The cheese/meat slicing while making the sub is great!

Kind of loud inside, wouldn't want to eat in and hope to carry on a conversation. Not great value, but they are very good sandwiches.

Chipotle cheese steak sandwich was awesome, plenty of cheesy goodness. The sandwich shop was clean and orderly, customer service was excellent.

Stopped in to the Richfield Jersey Mikes for lunch and was so impressed with the awesome customer service. I didn't catch her name as she had other customers and didn't want to interrupt. She was so friendly and accommodating! Also, the sandwich was perfectly assembled and delicious! Thank you for taking pride in your work and keeping great customer service alive - its rare these days!
