Domino's Pizza

I believe this place just reopened and it looked very nice inside. Very clean. I ordered online and it was ready in about 12 minutes. I parked my car right out front and popped in, the people working were super diligent and remembered everything from the order. Plus the food was good too, I feel like I’ve been burned recently with pretty bad takeout pizza but this time it certainly shined. I mean, its still just Dominos but the people working there were cool.

Ordering from the phone sucks!! To bad the Dominos is sourcing that out and you can’t speak to anyone at the location. The lady on the phone hung up on me in the middle of my order. I took a short walk down the street and ordered in person. Plus going in was $7.99 and not $14.99. Plus the girl taking my order was very pleasant. 🍕🍕🍕🍕

Generally a great Domino's! From time to time, they make a little mistake; they're human! Today, I ordered a 2L beverage and received a 20oz bottle. Not a huge disruption as I am the only person drinking that beverage. But I can't report it on their site because their tracker says the order hasn't left the store yet, over an hour after it arrived here. That data error bothers me more than the beverage error. Their system believes the order is an hour late but they're not doing anything about that? There is a phone number to call, which for most people would be fine but outbound calls are psychologically prohibitive for me. (I freak out. Don't know why.) I know that's weird so I don't press.

I just ordered from this Domino's for the first time tonight and overall I am satisfied! They did forget my drink, which is why I'm only giving them 4 stars, but my food was on time, cooked well, and the delivery driver (Derek) was super friendly. I live on a busy street and he waited six feet away (contactless) for me to come down from my apartment to get my food. I didn't realize until I'd gotten back up to my apartment that the drink was missing. Not sure if they might have been out of stock. I would order from here again.

After waiting nearly 5 hours for my delivery someone had cancelled it. Upon speaking with the manager she apologized and offered me a free order the next day. Was still quite unfortunate but at any rate they were willing to work with me after. The next day the morning manager was courteous, understanding and very friendly. So I've re-adjusted my review.

For the past two years I have been ordering from this location almost weekly. I usually get my pizza in time and it is hot and fresh. Even customer service is on top of their game. There have been times where I had to wait during rushes but was compensated (2+ hour wait). I believe that this location has never made a mistake on my pizza and I only have positive things to say whether you get delivery or pick up your order.
