Outstanding food and a plethora of menu options. The sesame chicken was the best I have ever had. Don’t drive by without giving it try. You won’t be disappointed.

I believe this is my second time reviewing Pho 79. I’ve been going here for over 15 years and it’s pretty much the same. The menu, decor, furniture… same. All these are positives for this little Vietnamese restaurant. It’s not fancy but it’s not a hole in the wall. It’s family perfect and 2nd date worthy.
The Pho is excellent and has plenty of meat. The bowls are big and delicious. My favorite is the hot pot with flaming heating element. The Canh Chua (tamarind sweet and sour soup) is PRO menu order - you’re ordering a legendary soup that puts even a bowl of pho to shame.
My personal favorite is the fries onions and squid entree. It’s amazing and tastes great!
It may never change because it’s rightfully done already. Highly recommended for people who don’t need fancy but value Awesomeness.
Another side note: I have taken clients and business colleagues here.

Went here today Oct 1, 2023 and it was such an incredible experience. We ordered the Taro and Pork egg roll and the Pho 79 Special Combination Pho which comes with rare lean beef, well done flank, fat brisket, soft tendon, tripe and meatballs. They also give you beans sprouts, jalapeños, basil, fish sauce, Saracha, soy sauce, hoisen sauce, and chili pepper oil (if you ask).
Let's just say it was truly delicious and would definitely recommend this place to anyone that appreciates pho.
The Egg Rolls were also the best we have had. You get 4 egg rolls in an order.

Best Pho this side of the river and I promise you I’ve tried them all. Super efficient service, no frills, classic Vietnamese restaurant environment. Everything you want from a family-owned, authentic spot. Lean beef and brisket Pho never disappoints, the broth is so satisfying - light, layered, refreshing and aromatic - I wish I could get it in an IV.

I loved the food and my server but I went there with the wrong guy. Thank goodness the boba was so good I could ignore him and the food was divine . Their pho is delicious even tho I’m half Asian and can’t use chopsticks 😂 Didn’t matter at all, I finished it so quickly because the broth was perfect and the meat was good quality and tender! Perfect to go to even w the imperfect person apparently 🤷♀️

Excellent pho. Very flavorful. The service is a bit dry, though very prompt, like my food was ready in 1 minute. This is a great place for a quick tasty food. Will come back again to try other items on their menu.

First time here, and it was GREAT! Got our food within 15 minutes. Appetizers came within 3 minutes. Pho I give 7.5/10. Springrolls I give 7/10 but the sauce that comes with it, 10/10. HOLY COW, I was amazed.
