Mcdonald's

Brand new remodeled store, i used the drive thru. The young guy who takes orders needs to speak up more and stop murmuring. Otherwise i Had a standard McDonald's drive- thru experience. Ordered a shake, fries, burgers and coke, i feel like thats a pretty usual order and i would say that most people who frequent McDonald's are ordering French Fries and a soft drink. This location is at the corner of a trashy spot if you turn the wrong direction... but I am sure that it brings in many extra sales do to the walking traffic in this area. The food was the right temperature and tasted appropriate for what I expected the French Fries to taste like. There wasn't any snow on the ground yet and I could see the blacktop was newer, I hope that They do a nice job with the snow plowing because the lot is cramped due to how downtown its location is from the order microphone till food pickup spot I believe only 3 vehicles can be receiving a partial service per time. All be it I had a nice meal, the girl at the food delivery seemed really sweet and my total order wait time was under ten minutes, there was just one car infront of me in the drive-thru when I pulled up.

I'm always willing to criticize when they don't do well, so I should give props when they do it right! They nailed it. Perfect, hot & fresh fries...they were out of medium containers so without skipping a beat they just gave me two loaded smalls. The Big Mac was excellent, and the nuggets were piping hot! And...oh my, the RIGHT SAUCES!!!! Nailed it. Thank you...

McDonald's isn't a place I would generally review BUT the service was so great I had to. The drive through line was extremely long so I decided to go in and I'm glad I did! The lines where long inside also and security at the building jumped in to help out. He was polite and patient with each person he helped. He even paid for a homeless man's meal who couldn't afford to eat. Exchanges like this make me a repeat customer. The bathrooms on the other hand weren't as nice so skip it if you can!

It was a very busy time when I picked up my order in early afternoon on Sunday. There was lots of pointing and asking for this or that from customer side of counter. I commend the management and team members working there that continue to show great customer service and not start yelling back or just ignoring people as thatbwojld be so easy to do. This McD's seems to always be busy with challenging people as the customers.
