By far the best ice cream I have ever had. Cute shop, great customer service too. Love the farm to ice cream and how she uses local berries and local shops baked goods in her ice cream. We are so lucky to have this in our neighborhood!
Thank you for having such great non-dairy choices and changing them up from time to time! The coconut palm sugar flavor is heavenly. I just had the fresh strawberry, and it was so good I forgot I was eating non-dairy.
One of my favorite ice cream places in the cities! It’s a good one for vegan ice cream - there are an assortment of vegan flavors that are just as good as the dairy ice cream. Pumphouse also uses local and sustainable ingredients and everything is reasonably priced.
Love this place! The flavors are so creative and well made. We love the option to do a fight, so you can try several flavors (it's tough to decide which ones, as so many are amazing). The apple crisp flavor we got a few weeks ago was one of my very favorites; it was perfectly constructed!! Our pup loves the pup cup, as well😁
Pump house creamy is so much fun. You can find a line waiting outside in the summer. The selection is unique and all very good. They have these ice cream flights with 5 small scoops of your choice. My favorite this rotation was the Burnt Butterscotch- this deliciousness reminds me of the sugar coating of crème brûlée. It might not be for everyone but it’s definitely a must try. I think there’s a flavor for everyone here.
There are a couple of benches to sit outside otherwise the tables at the restaurant is free game after they close.
Absolutely amazing ice cream boasting distinctive flavors! The strawberry lemon, and banana were a delight. Anticipating the sour cherry will be another fantastic choice! Eagerly waiting to sample it! The woman behind the counter was super friendly and helpful! The ambiance of the shop truly complimented the unique gustatory experience!
This shop never fails me! The ingredients are top quality and local. I have dairy sensitivities and my stomach has never hurt from eating there. Anyone who says anything negative about this creamery probably has dulled tastebuds and a grumpy attitude ;-)
Three words. Ice cream flights. They’ve solved the problem of wanting lots of different flavors. 5 flavors for $6 is a great deal. There wasn’t a flavor I didn’t like, and I really enjoyed the sorbet. Plus the staff was friendly. A few seats indoors and benches outside. Perfect treat for a summer night!
Nice selection of ice cream in a cute community setting. They do split single scoops, which is a huge plus! Tried the strawberry and a raspberry mix. Both were fresh and delicious!
What can I say? This place has the best tasting and the most creative flavors I’ve ever seen. Very tight space inside the store with little room to maneuver if there are more than four people. With a list of current flavors on the wall, it makes ordering quick and easy. You can sample flavors, order cones or bowls with multiple flavors, as well as buy pints of any flavor they have available. Some of the flavors are seasonal and may not be seen for months at a time but there are always other options. A little pricey but well worth it! There is usually a line any time I’ve been there but everyone seems to be helped quickly. There is a small amount of seating outside that’s shared with other restaurants and animals are welcome. Friendly atmosphere inside and out. Try the mango and Carolina reaper or the speckled milk chocolate and you won’t be disappointed!!
What a lovely ice cream shop. The owner, Barb, was behind the counter the Saturday evening we stopped in. Great selection of flavors, including some solid vegan flavors. The cinnamon and mint chocolate chip were both delicious. The ice cream was rich and flavorful, without being overly sweet/sugary. Really reasonable prices and everything is locally sourced. Looking forward to visiting again!
Love this place! Their ice cream is incredibly delicate and smooth. I also love the portions and pricing, they don’t make me ill with a “super duper scoop fudge Brownie Carmel swirl with Jimmie’s infused with candy cane crunch”— they have solid, subtle, focused flavors that overall have a good balance of mix-in and cream. Always a treat to come here and try their special seasonals.
