Been going here since I started working downtown (nearly a year now) and have never had an issue, except for today's visit. I ordered 3 regular soft shell taco and got supreme instead. This may not bother others but I can't eat ranch, so I had to bring them back from my office. I got my correct order very quickly and without issue, very professional and accommodating.
One thing to note is that the back room tends to be a bit chilly, so bring a light jacket/hoodie/sweater if you are going to stay and eat. Overall a great place to grab some good, cheap food. :)
