Great gluten free menu n food taste/quality. Pricey by comparison n terrible parking situation. It's a wonderful "treat your self" diner, but I wouldn't go there everyday. Shout out to their supplier Sift and there amazing bread / desserts

This was my first visit to this gluten free restaurant. I was very pleased. There were a nice variety of dishes. I had their breakfast taco which I could eat every morning for breakfast/lunch as it was so good. Both the people I was with got food they enjoyed. We also bought six donuts. They were delicious. I would recommend this not only to people on a gluten free diet or with Celiacs disease but to everyone. I will definitely be back.

The food at Brim is so yummy. I had the seared salmon with dill bowl, and my wife had the chicken pesto sandwich. She said the gf foccacia was really good, and the pesto was delicious. My salmon was seared perfectly, and the wild rice and mushrooms were good too. We had gf maple donut for desert, and it was soft and yummy. The service is great, and I can't wait to come back and try another bowl!

Brim is my favorite fast casual place in the Twin Cities by far! Their food is absolutely delicious and some of the only restaurant food that makes me feel GOOD after eating it (because they’re seed-oil-free, gluten-free, organic, and locally sourced). I am obsessed with all their bowls and their chicken and fish are some of the best I've had. You also can't go wrong with their sandwiches or desserts that are healthier than most and unbeatably delicious. I may sound dramatic but Brim is truly this good! I have also ordered their custom cakes for special events and they can adjust to pretty much any diet (and again delicious).

i absolutely love this restaurant. the food is really good and they are generous with the veggie portions which I love. you get a good amount of protein and vegetables which i feel like a lot of restaurants lack. truly healthy and tasty food! service is always quick. it has a cute little patio which is a plus. easily the best place to eat around the lakes area.

Fantastic ambiance and food! But its hard to park close by. You’re best off just finding the nearest spot and doing some walking, cuz its a pretty area either way. The food/format is like a mix between table service and a Chipotle style line. Its a very quick-serve place. The food options are healthy and taste quite fresh. Prices are higher than Chipotle on average (15 or 17 for a bowl without add ons, e.g). So if you’re looking to spend that premium for higher quality and more mix/match options, this is for you!

Wow! This is a hidden gem! I love how everything is so healthy and gluten free but doesn’t sacrifice on taste. The gluten free banana bread is rich and decadent. I got the chicken pesto melt and the bread was amazing! The sandwich was loaded with kimchee and tons of flavor. I’ve been back a few times and I’m impressed by different items on the menu. Highly recommended!

Some of the best gluten free and dairy free food I've had! Cute decor, good vibes and a nice patio. Looking forward to coming here again!

The Linda’s included a piece of salmon seared to perfection. The salmon was definitely the star of the bowl. The rest of the bowl was mediocre, mostly because the lemon dill dressing that it came with did not jive well with the greens and left the whole bowl pretty tasteless. The green tea matcha with oat milk that was unremarkable. I also had an almond butter chocolate chip cherry cookie that was delicious but very crumbly.

The aesthetic and atmosphere is undeniably the definition of cozy. It's not much but it's happily enough. The service here is subtle but smooth. They serve you fast enough to not be hungry long but slow enough to not feel rushed for your money. The smoothie bowls are real smoothie. You may be better getting something that's not runny. But the flavor is present. Definitely tastes like real fruit.
