I asked for a vegetable pad Thai. And the guy made me chicken. So I left and had to come back only for the cook to be slamming drawers and tossing food up dropping food because he had to make another batch for me. He had an attitude. I will never go there again. They have horrible customer service! And there the food is gross!

Super rude staff. Called to ask them for assistance in an order they were making for pick up and got passed around to 3 different people and then hung up on. Do not recommend as they have no accountability.

I always come to this location and am always satisfied, but not today at big bowl..... I couldn’t get half and half on the white rice and lo main ??? He insisted I buy two full orders I’m single all that food will go to waste I said and he shrug and walked away ..... sadly I left and nothing not purchase from big bowl. Rude.
