The ladies that we were this afternoon absolutely made my day! They were sweet and kind. They work very hard and they deserve a raise!!!!! I will come back here again and again. Not to mention that this is the best sandwich I’ve ever had from a Brueggers. ( this is saying a lot from me because I went through a phase where I got it 3 times a week ) Definitely recommend this location, especially if those two are working 😊
Just stopped in around 12:30 and the two girls working were super nice and funny. Wanted to give them a shoutout for being super welcoming and giving me a good laugh on my lunch break. Food was good too!
Love swinging by for a bagel before work every now and then! Crew is super nice and friendly! My go to breakfast spot at the moment!
Great experience on a busy Saturday morning. Staff were very pleasant and exceeded expectations given how busy they were. Bagels were fantastic as always!
3/28/23- This location is great! The staff whom assisted me were very kind. I didn't get names unfortunately but I came in for 2 egg, pepper bacon & cheese breakfast sandwiches on an everything bagel at about 1:20. It was made quickly and efficiently. Very tasty I love Bruegger's & I appreciate the great customer service today, thank you so much ladies! Please show them this message when you find out who was on the shift. :)
I was just here this morning 4/5 at around 7:45 AM to stop in and get a quick everything bagel with cream cheese which is my WEAKNESS and I don't usually sit and eat in the store but this morning I did. I just wanted to come here and say, the 2 employees working were a joy. Especially the woman. As is at there eating, about 5-6 customers came in and it seemed she knew ALL of there names. She welcomed all of them into the store with a huge smile, good energy and used their names. I'm a Bank Manager myself, so I always find myself paying attention to these kinds of things and I just want your company to know, that woman working today is valuable! Keep her!
Also, food was 20/10 as always.
In all the times I've gone there, the staff hasn't been that friendly, except certain for one person. She was very friendly, but don't remember her name.
i usually love brueggers but i had some issues today. i got a cinnamon sugar bagel, and when i was eating it i noticed black crisps on the bottom that tasted like burnt parmesan cheese. there were so many stuck to the bottom that it completely changed the taste of the bagel and made it taste cheesy. there were also a spoonful of coffee grounds in both of my cold brews. the customer service was good and usually i dont have any issues at all so thats why its 4 stars. but please use the sheets of parchment paper when you put the bagel in the oven or just clean it more frequently.
Both LaShawna and Leandra were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made it a good experience instead of a normal trip to Brueggers. Will definitely be back
I haven't been able to go grab a bagel from Bruegger's in quite some time and had been craving a bagel sandwich. Oh my gosh was this ever exactly what I was hoping for. Sandwich was delicious as always - gotta love their fresh veggies! Staff was friendly and patient while my lunch guest took their time perusing the menu. I have always loved Bruegger's and, after so many years going without it, this experience was a perfect reminder of all the things I adore about this restaurant company.
