Subway

Never really had a bad experience all the spots I've been to have chill/kind people working<3 I love Subway :)

I have come to this restaurant many times, and I feel have always had a great experience, all of their staff are great and remember their regulars- I used to come occasionally during rushand they just made sammys with out being directed for a few people- I want to give major props to the new girl who closes. She is extremely patient with everyone and always seems to try to make sure they leave happy. She always asks if there is a line of a few if everyone wants to pay first or if they want her to make sammys first, and she gets them done as fast as one person humanly can. She keeps an even tone, and smiles, even if someone raises their voice to her. (I did this on one of her first closes, I dined in as usual, and during the whole thing I was rude to her, I walked away from the counter in a huff without my change and sat down, she came to the seating area a few minutes later And approached me, I started to raise my voice once more. She Then sat down and slid my change across the table and said "it's ok to have bad days, sir, it's ok to be angry, and to hate all humans, but it is not ok to make other customers feel uneasy...I do not know what's as gotten you so angry that you feel the need to yell at someone who is making you dinner, or returning your change when they could have kept it, but I do hope your night gets better...") she came back to check on me and the other customers, I asked if she was busy, she said no. She then sat and listened to me, as I apologized and ended up telling her about my day- this is when I started coming almost nightly- On another night she completed a transaction in Korean to an older lady, who was having trouble relaying in english. She often sits and talks to her customers if she has down time. she also sings while she is cleaning usually happy or silly songs.. But what made me want to send this review, is there's no limit to her heart... I came in last night and mentioned a homeless couple downstairs and she said "the one with the dog?" I said yes. She frowned and said "it's awfully cold out tonight... I know this is weird, but will you ask them to come in?" I went down and got them, while I Was away she had finished up my sandwhich and paid for it, and Was working on another transaction, she then had them come to the counter and asked what they wanted, that it was on her tonight. She then proceeded to pay for their meals and asked them to dine in and thaw out. A few minutes later she sat down with them and handed them care packages and one for a dog too, then wrote down the names of a couple shelters and listened to their story, the couple had said someday they want to pay her back, she said "if you don't let the chain of love end with you, then you will have paid me back ten fold". She's the type that would never admit she spent her last $$$ on random strangers, when I complimented her she said "I just did what anyone else would." Thank you for hiring such a lovely soul! -JS

Order here about once a week. Fast and friendly service.

It's a subway... This location is large and has a lot of seating.
