I recently had occasion to work with Panera Bread Catering in planning an all-staff meeting for our mid-sized organization. While we weren’t going to bring 150 staff together in person, we still wanted everyone to feel a part of something and that the event was special. I had the idea to hold a virtual, company-wide lunch and hoped there was a way to simultaneously cater meals to all our remote offices - over 30 across the state of Minnesota. I picked up the phone and called my contact at the Panera Catering office in my area (special shout out to Eric, the Catering Sales Manager I worked with – Eric is a magician!). Without missing a beat, they agreed to help us with our event (this meant coordinating with several of their stores). Our meals were delivered as planned (they have the capacity to do it!), the food was delicious, and the entire experience was incredibly easy. I cannot recommend Panera enough for your next catered event – whether it’s a straight-forward business lunch or a large event with many moving parts. You won’t be disappointed.

I worked here everyday on my laptop in the upstairs dining room. I love the staff and getting breakfast each morning was great. I hope the staff has been well this year and I’m looking forward to seeing them when I can!

We had Panera Catering for a wedding brunch:
From the initial contact with the catering department to the delivery person I can't tell you how happy we were with the service and the brunch they delivered. All details were amazing , the coffee was hot the orange juice cold and the bagels and pastries were wonderful. We had about 100 and some people show up for the wedding brunch and they all were impressed with the details. I. Thank you!!!!

We have strawberry salad and avocado chick half-sandwich. Excellent. Fast serve. Real plates and silverware. Had a lemon drop cookie for dessert. Fresh fruit in salad. One of best we have had. Now on to the Orpheum to see "Hello Dolly."

Great place for a good lunch, especially when you are in a mood for a sandwich and a soup combination with pick any 2 options. Some great pastries as well. You can either pick an Apple, chips or cookies for side.

I was first introduced to this location as I came in and stupidly asked if they would cut one of their pastry rings in-half. They said no but they were so nice and accommodating considering my measly $4 purchase. They were so friendly and the pastry was good is that we tried them for catering and they were great! The only note about catering that I would suggest is to definitely order ahead, as their catering team fills to capacity pretty quickly. Their pastries are some of the best though and Nicki (spelling)? from Catering (she might be corporate) provides great customer service. The one time we ordered and had a concern with an order, she offered to make it right, without us even having to ask. I really appreciated her efforts and felt like they valued our business, even though we are a relatively small company. 5 stars for service, providing solid on-time delivery and consistently good food! It's kinda hidden, but still great. The food is on point, and the service is very fast, especially if you order from the kiosks. The staff that I've interacted with have always been friendly and professional.
Normal amount of seating, and they seem to make sure the place stays clean. The only "bad" thing I'd say is the lack of restrooms, or maybe I have yet to find them.

Nice downtown location and cool two-story interior. Met my expectations for food compared with other Panera locations. It can be tough to find the entrance to this Panera because of the current construction, but the restaurant is still open! I have also had some issues with dirty utensils before, but I was able to ask a staff member for a new one or just grab one for myself. Overall friendly staff and standard Panera food
