I just placed a catering order with manager, Justin. Oh, my gosh...one of the best experiences I have ever had with selections, tax exempt stuff, delivery, the whole nine! I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!
This is a superb sandwich shop in the heart of Uptown. The staff are consistently helpful when figuring out what to order. Highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience. I suggest a cup of soup paired with the tasty sandwich called "A Wreck."

Pricing is comparable to other Sub places but quality and size are better.

The best staff. I enjoy stopping there..always leave with a smile or laughing. Good price sandwich and soup 10 dollars. Consistently good. Andres..is hilarious. One time they ran out of orange fanta on the fountain...so he grabbed an orange crush from the fridge and put a piece of tape on it that said fanta as a joke. As a restaurant manager myself it is the little things that make spaces shine.the staff do that.
The manager that was on duty tonight 12/17/21 @ 5pm was exceptional. I had an issue with an online order and he made it right in a snap and was super kind. A+ customer service turned my frustration into continued customer loyalty. I love this Potbelly store and eat here a few times a week. The employees are awesome! Great atmosphere and of course, absolutely delicious sandwiches. Don’t forget to try the hot peppers!
I did a side by side comparison (Jersey Mikes v. Jimmy John's v. Potbelly v. Subway) and Potbelly was the winner. Quality is on par with Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's, price is closer to Subway. I love their classic Italian or pepperoni melt, especially on flatbread, and I get everything but avocado - the hot pepper relish is the best!
First time stopping by. The food is real good. I was a little lost so would have wish the interaction was a little more friendly. I had no clue what to order. Never had tried potbelly Sandwiches but overall reading the signs helped.
This place has the best sandwiches I've ever had. I used to work for Jimmy John's and I love their bread and sandwiches but this place has them beat so hard hahaha. They are incredible! And the staff is so nice!
I love the sandwiches here at Potbelly's. I had Mediterranean and tuna. It was my first time eating that and the lady was nice enough to give me a sample beforehand. I was a little bit confused about the setup at this location but they were extremely patient with directing me and explaining their menu items
