Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was absolutely amazing. I got lunch a couple days ago and the ladies and gentlemen who made this bowl put their love and soul into it! It was perfectly crafted with the proper portions and presentation. The store was very clean and well staffed. While I was there I saw them cooking the chicken fresh in the back !

I ordered online for a pick up order and it was ready on time and hot and fresh and awesome serving size. Only thing I noticed was in the area where you get napkins and silverware it was not well stocked and messy, but it was 12:20 pm and they were extremely busy. Food was awesome and quick pick up service!

This location is very hit or miss. They can be amazing and they can be horrible. When I picked up my order the inside of the store looked like a tornado had gone through it. Trash everywhere. Full overflowing trash cans. No napkins or forks or anything by the drink station. They weren't even busy. The only worker doing anything was the takeout person and they were cleaning the takeout area which was very clean.

This place is OUTSTANDING! The general manger is super cool and fun. It’s clean and very organized. My burrito tasted like heaven in foil. And they had good portion sizes. One of their employees was especially nice. A young women who looks like George Washington helped me and she was the BEST line worker ever. Amazing customer service. However she did spill some sour cream on the line. This Chipotle is truly filled with great people. It was a fun atmosphere. The employees were trying their best and the food was delectable.

This Chipotle is has great options and great people as well but I’ve had a lot of poor experiences here before. So I thought I would give this place one more shot as a “what if this time it’s good” moment. I went in and the first thing I noticed is that no one came to great me, take my order or anything. It’s as of all the employees are just busy or in their own world. Well finally a guy comes running past the rest of his coworkers, greeted me and took my order and if you have been to chipotle, you know that they pass the food down as it gets to the cashier eventually after all fixings are included. Well the person involved at checkout was not there so me and the people behind me are just standing there with no cashier. Eventually the employee rings me up and then I sit down to eat with my sisters. I have to say, it’s funny because that was a awkward moment from coming in to checkout, but the food was fresh, good and even better than all the times I’ve been there. So instead of getting mad and rating a 1 Star, I will be honest, this location needs work but my time there is what mattered and my time there was good and satisfying so 4 stars is fair. I think I’m more fair, honest and patient than most people. Keep up the good work and hopefully your ratings should soon sky rocket, thank you Chipotle.
