Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Friendliest kindest staff, it was the end of day & I was running w hungry child looking for food. The staff gave me a skinny cheese + cookie for free. They let us in despite the fact that they had closed their cashier box, they made us a sandwich, the offered more cookies ...but we picked one. Thank you so much ! Located on the second level of the mall!

This location doesn't get the credit they deserve. Today I placed an order online and picked it up but noticed later that I was given the wrong sandwich. Upon returning to the store, I seen that the line was long and all the way out the door. Even with how busy the staff were, they quickly exchanged my sandwich and even gave me a free one. Kindness goes a long way!!! This is an awesome location with awesome staff!!!

2nd visit here and this time I had to write a good review cuz both times my experience has been wonderful. Service is not only fast but very polite and professional. I especially want to give a HUGE upvote for having all employees wearing a mask. I don't want to eat somewhere during a pandemic especially if everyone is crowded together and maskless but everything here feels safety and health oriented. We will definitely continue to come here!

I am new to Minneapolis and I love love love the Potbelly in the IDS building.I eat there often and the sandwiches ingredients are always fresh and the bread always soft. Now the salads I have tried almost all of them, the salad greens are crisp and toppings fresh and plentiful. The smoothies,you will find your flavor combo and love it.Do not leave without one,you will thank me later(I will take a smoothie please).New item Avo Toast, it is a nice light summer sandwich to sit and relax and have a glass of wine. I got to go Avo Toast is calling my name!!!!!!!
