This is my absolute favorite place to get pizza and because I can get the garlic sauce. I'm a pretty cheap person I don't really like to spend money on takeout unless I can find a good coupon and therefore I was really upset when I was missing part of my order. I believe I ordered through Uber or maybe Doordash. I ordered on the newer 2 for $6.99 a piece menu, and I got a pizza, wings and the pull apart bites. I spent about $25 which is a lot of money for one city and meal. After 30 minutes my food was delivered but unfortunately I only got two of my items and they missed the chicken bites which I wanted the most. When I called Papa John's all the manager said was basically it's on the delivery driver so I had to call them. Whether it was Uber or Doordash, they refunded me $10 but that wasn't the point I didn't want $10 I wanted my chicken bites. As far as customer service, management, teamwork and doing your job correctly, I believe it's on both parties to make their everything is sent out for delivery the way it's supposed to go. Yes the delivery driver should have double checked but why would he think that person who's making actual food with short then on an item. If I wasn't having car issues I would have drove myself one exit off the highway to demand my chicken bites because he should have been able to tell that there was an extra food item that was prepared

Please bring back the 50% Vikings discount so we can order more of our favorite Papa John's pizza. We've been loyal customers for over 20 years, and our experiences have always been exceptional with both previous and new management. Our orders are always perfect, ready quickly, and hot when we pick them up. The pizza has the perfect seasoning in the light sauce, just enough crust, and we can always count on their pick-up time. We also love the rewards program.

Ordered delivery from here and there was a little bit of a technical issue with a gift card I was using. Long story short, manager picked up the tab! Great customer service.

Every last friday of the month always order from this papa johns and every time they deliver the best. The food is hot, the pizza is awesome and the delivery is right with the what the estimate says. Tip your driver! Seriously, gas is a million dollars a gallon, open your wallet, don't be a cheap a$$, tip your driver!
Just got my dinner from this place and it was perfect! My dinner was amazing! I had never tried this location before tonight and happy I did. My driver was Matthew and he was amazing- on point with delivery and very kind. Definitely ordering from here again, thank y’all :)!
We’ve been pretty loyal to pizza Luce since we moved to the neighborhood… until I realized there’s a papa John’s right down the street. Tasty pizza and good service!
