This is my absolute favorite place to get pizza and because I can get the garlic sauce. I'm a pretty cheap person I don't really like to spend money on takeout unless I can find a good coupon and therefore I was really upset when I was missing part of my order. I believe I ordered through Uber or maybe Doordash. I ordered on the newer 2 for $6.99 a piece menu, and I got a pizza, wings and the pull apart bites. I spent about $25 which is a lot of money for one city and meal. After 30 minutes my food was delivered but unfortunately I only got two of my items and they missed the chicken bites which I wanted the most. When I called Papa John's all the manager said was basically it's on the delivery driver so I had to call them. Whether it was Uber or Doordash, they refunded me $10 but that wasn't the point I didn't want $10 I wanted my chicken bites. As far as customer service, management, teamwork and doing your job correctly, I believe it's on both parties to make their everything is sent out for delivery the way it's supposed to go. Yes the delivery driver should have double checked but why would he think that person who's making actual food with short then on an item. If I wasn't having car issues I would have drove myself one exit off the highway to demand my chicken bites because he should have been able to tell that there was an extra food item that was prepared

Please bring back the 50% Vikings discount so we can order more of our favorite Papa John's pizza. We've been loyal customers for over 20 years, and our experiences have always been exceptional with both previous and new management. Our orders are always perfect, ready quickly, and hot when we pick them up. The pizza has the perfect seasoning in the light sauce, just enough crust, and we can always count on their pick-up time. We also love the rewards program.

Every last friday of the month always order from this papa johns and every time they deliver the best. The food is hot, the pizza is awesome and the delivery is right with the what the estimate says. Tip your driver! Seriously, gas is a million dollars a gallon, open your wallet, don't be a cheap a$$, tip your driver!

Pizza is good. You can always find a discount code or coupon online never pay full price for Papa Johnās. They are usually pretty quick. The website is easy to use when ordering and easy to follow. I enjoy there cookie pizza for a little dessert after my sausage pizza. My little sister loves Papa Johnās pizza it is her favorite. Sometimes the pizza does get a little too greasy for my liking but what else is to be expected with pizza.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The manager, Melissa Erickson, was unable to resolve issues, unwilling to help a new employee, and unresponsive to my request after they misinformed us on the specials. Then after we got home, one of our pizzas was uncut. We are not going to go back if this is the kind of service we are going to receive from management.

Little bitch ass manager max lied straight to me on the phone just now. I told him ide been waiting by the door which I had. He said someone had already been here after I waited for a hour. And I was told 35 minutes I have people who are hungry and dog locked up. I called corporate and left a message I've heard nothing but bad about this place past 3 years thought I would give it one more shot. Seriously, the worst location ever. Every single time I go there to pick up my pizza, they seem to have lost order, but pretend like they're working on it. Even when I've placed an order hours ahead of time, they still can't manage to have it ready anywhere near pick up time. You might as well walk in to order anything, since you'll have to wait for them to make it in front of your eyes anyway. Better yet, just go to a different location.
