The food was super delicious! It was authentic and they have quick customer service. A little bit of a language barrier but they are enthusiastic in speaking with you. They have free soup and beverages when you order. Will definitely be going back. Yum yum yum 😋
I want to start my review off with the truth. The food they served me today was filled with incredible flavors that complemented one another perfectly. I do have to say for near $20 for chicken steak platter they could provide plenty y more if hot sauce and white sauce. I love that they make the meals fresh. From your lips to their ears to the grill.
However, customer service on the other hand was fantastic up until they gave my meal away to a gentleman who ordered after me. All because the man asked if he could get his first cause he was suddenly in a hurry. They know they were wrong but tried gaslight me. Then they rushed my order.
I missed my bus. And I was really offended by this. I felt like he could've made it right. By apologizing and offering and explaination as to why I was pushed aside like my money was less valuable. It appears not ALL customers are honored the same. It will be a while until I visit here again.
My wife and I tried this place for the first time about a week ago. The food was good. We each had a lamb kabob, I got a gyro sandwich and two beef samosas, and my wife had the chicken shawarma sandwich. We had only two real complaints. The first, and the more important was that the seasoning on the lamb, while tasty, overpowers the flavor of the lamb itself. We both like lamb, but as far as we could tell, it could have been beef. (I assume it was, in fact, lamb. I just couldn't tell.) Our other issue with this visit was that we placed our order online and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when we arrived to pick it up, it was apparent that they had not checked their online orders, so we had to wait nearly 15 minutes while they made up our food. Next time I order from here, I will call the order in instead.
The hummus and pita strips are so tasty...crispy and chewy. Very cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of windows let in great natural lighting. I went during lunch and the whole crowd looked pretty trendy.
This place is AWESOME! Hearty portions of quality food with fragrant herbs and spices. Worth every penny (and so good that cost should not even be considered, within reason, of course)!
If you like a little spice and variety then you'll love this place as much as I do! A lot of great food that's affordable.
Wonderful food and atmosphere. I really enjoyed all the food we tried.The sauces are all great and very traditional flavors for Mideast delights. It is worth taking home some of their hummus.
This is my first time they have tasty and high class cuisine for pennies. Excellent price and food.
We had the chicken shawarma, absolutely loved it! Fresh ingredients and the right amount of spice! The free banana as dessert was a nice touch.
Food was done fast so we did not have to wait.
They gave me free drinks and soup which both were amazing! So is the samosas
