I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong store/a different one--I was so embarrassed, but the staff was super kind and helpful in getting my order fixed!

I had the campfire mocha, and it was amazing! I got it less sweet as I do not like a lot of sugar in my coffee drinks. The surface was also very fast.

The staff was amazing, as was our order. It was right at the busy time of morning, and there were three of us but several of the 4 person tables were being used by individuals by themselves with computers. My husband ended up having to stand and eat because of this.

Great hot chocolate. Quiet place to work or read. Good lighting! Friendly place to relax. The only request is that the blue chair be put back against the wall. People who dit in it don't want to be sitting in a circle of talkers. THANKS 😊

I’ve always had a positive experience at this location, largely due to the kindness of the staff. Our orders have always been correct, and if you sit inside the atmosphere is pleasant. It’s an added bonus to be able to get a hearty/savory breakfast item if you doing just want pastries.

This place is THE BEST! No matter if I order online or go into the shop, this specific Caribou ALWAYS gets my order right. Not to mention that the workers there are so personable and sweet. Just makes my day a little better!

Love some caribou coffee and bagel sandwiches! My favorite is the bacon&swiss egg with roasted red pepper spread on a spinach florentine bagel. It's not featured on the menu anymore, but it's still the best. I've found the wait times at this location to be really fast and really slow, depends on the day and time.

TIP: This location is newer so rarely packed.
We've stopped in a few times now. The staff are excellent and friendly. The drinks here are very good, and the bagel sandwiches are excellent. They also offer a few gluten free breakfast sandwiches. I've noticed that these are wrapped to avoid cross contamination.
There is plenty of parking here since it shares space with other businesses. There is also a drive thru. The drive thru hasn't appeared to be crazy busy yet. There is another Caribou in the Target parking lot about 2 blocks away,

Service: Speed- Mediocre/Slow
Hospitality- Great as long as you don't get the heavy set black lady with the consistent lack of enthusiasm and hatred for life. Everyone else is friendly and courteous!
Drive thru- Is the most ridiculous layout I've ever seen and I've seen some bad ones, there is no way to get close enough to the window with the odd turn. Not their fault, just an observation.
Price- $.10 here or there above the other two Caribous located also on 66th street.
Bagels- Never purchased. I only go for Caribou.
