My favorite arbys (have 4 closer to home, but prefer this location) everyone's friendly & helpful - you can tell the employees like each other & work well together. Always go inside to order & dine in car or take it home to enjoy

Burger made with elk, and other red meats, was too dry; it needs a more flavorful fat. Not just a bath in the deep frier to cook.
Quite by accident, my burger only had the cherry sauce, pickles & fried onions on the last half the burger--and not very much of it was served, the part with condiments on it was alot less dry, and it was very tasty. Add fat to the meat blend, or (and) be more generous with the condiments. This could be a much better Burger.
PS my vote is FOR Orange Shakes 365 days a year.

Had a wonderful experience with a catering order I had for an event.
I called ahead and spoke with Kevin who was so helpful with taking the order and giving me suggestions on the best way to heat up the sandwiches, as there was going to be a gap in time between when we picked up and food and when the guests would be eating it.
When I arrived to pick up the order, it was all boxed up and ready to go.
The transaction was super easy.
I would definitely work with Kevin and this Arby's again for future catering orders.

Their new fish strips were great, I thought. Had them with mozzarella sticks, but I think they may be better with crinkle fries. They should definitely be added to the menu!
The only thing I would say way bad about my experience was, I placed my order online, and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. Even gave the store extra time to prepare it. Then they couldn't find my order in the system even though I had it on my phone as to when to pick it up. So I had to wait longer for my order to be ready.

Decent store, and the staff seemed to be friendly. I think they should also have a rating scale for price on these things though

The food arrived hot and freshly prepared. Inside the restaurant seemed clean and had lots of room for dining. The staff person behind the counter proved helpful, even when using the app to assist in the order.
