My family and I are driving through town to get back home and I found this place because we all wanted Mexican food and my sister and I are gluten free.
I absolutely loved the salsa bar, great selections and all very fresh!
Affordable for my family, there were 6 of us.
My only issue was the meat inside my rolled tacos was dry. Otherwise, I will 100% eat here again when I'm in the area.

Loved the Taco Tuesday special! We travel the country full-time and love finding places like this, not chains. The salsa bar is refreshing but watch out (!) some can be quite hot!

Passing through Las Cruces we had to have some NM stacked red enchiladas, and we chose Andele in La Mesilla. Soooo delicious. We had one order with pork and one with egg (my fave). Can't say enough about the friendly, efficient service! Thank you for making our time in New Mexico super enjoyable! PS: we picked our meals up for take out

I stopped at Andele while passing through Las Cruces, New Mexico during a recent road trip across I-10 from LA to Austin. The place had a solid lunch crowd with many of the people looking like they have been coming here regularly for the past twenty years. The food did not disappoint either. Very solid stop for grub while passing trough Las Cruces.

Best enchiladas I’ve had! I got the green Chile chicken enchiladas and my husband got a combo platter. Service was very fast and friendly, and this was on a busy Friday night. Reasonably priced (meals were $10-15) and good sized portions; my husband and I both left stuffed!

The waiter was prompt, engaging, and brought extra napkins immediately. Food is NM style and spicy. If you're sensitive to spice, stick to original salsa and any green chili dish will be spicy. Great food.

Excellent on every level. Server was super friendly and helpful. Pro tip: in a group order the taco platters. All the individual plates run $11-$15 so with 10+ that gets very expensive, but the taco platters were less than $30 and fed about 5 apiece to get all the ingredients and make your own tacos. We got pork and chicken.
The server said steak was good, but we'd relied on pork and chicken before as the best option. Still, she bet us we'd like the steak more so she brought us a sample. Lol. For the record, crispy pork was better, but steak was good compares to non-crispy pork.
Good on all accounts. Excellent atmosphere. Will come back.

When we got there, our name was put on the list for seating. We waited about 20 minutes for our table. The green chile enchiladas we great. My husband got a fried egg on top and added sour cream. MMMM, now that was worth the wait. We found a new place for great food..

This is a favorite for everyone in our office, we always get Andales group takeout for the company training and birthdays.
Normally go to Andales Dog House right next door but we went to the regular restaurant this time. Their salsa bar is great, my favorite is the green salsa. I always order the beef taco plate, they give you an almost ridiculous amount of beef, which is really good especially the crispy pieces. The 3 corn tortillas they give you are not enough to eat all the meat. Beans are good but not great. Service is always good at both restaurants, Dog House has a patio so depending on the time of the year it's a better choice. Food is same at both restaurants.
Definitely recommend.

Delicious food, pleasant setting, and great service. Our meal came out of the kitchen quickly and service was prompt and attentive. Highly recommend the chicken enchiladas with green sauce and sour cream.
Edit: we liked the restaurant so much we returned for breakfast before leaving town. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food was just as delicious. The warm cinnamon roll, made on the premises, was soooo good.
