I ordered a large pan pizza with pork, green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives. I placed my order through the app for carry out.
Order was placed at 1240 pm on a Friday and ready at 1255 pm.
This is the best Pizza Hut pan pizza I’ve had from anywhere in Memphis/Cordova/Germantown. Honestly it may be the best pan pizza I’ve had since the early 2000s.
It was hot when I picked it up, cooked perfectly, and had an even distribution of toppings. The cheese sauce were the correct amount and it was not made sloppily.
Great service, amazing flavor and friendly staff. My go to Pizza Hut. They hardly ever disappoint. And if they do, they're quick to make it right.

There was an incident of a miscommunication regarding my order, but Antonio (cashier at that time) came through and resolved the issue. He was very cordial, understanding, and professional! Outstanding customer service, Antonio!

I know that with C-19, having employees show up is invaluable. The employees at the store were very busy but still working at a steady pace to keep up with the orders. They were nice and polite and apologetic for the wait times. The pizza was made deliciously as always.
I made a mistake on my order unwittingly. I called up and was rude because I thought they messed up my order! I was rude from start to almost finish!! I checked my order on my App. I was wrong!! They were already in the process of making my new pizza. They were respectful, courtesy and professional all the way through!! I did get to apologize and they were gracious and kind! They’re slammed too, and the last thing they needed was me!!

BBQ chicken pizza, deep dish style is one of the best I've eaten, ever. Only Pizza Hut's tasty crust can complement the flavor to this level of perfection. Wish I could give 6 stars. They are pretty much the gold standard, as far as Americanized pizza goes.
