I ordered a large pan pizza with pork, green peppers, mushrooms, and black olives. I placed my order through the app for carry out.
Order was placed at 1240 pm on a Friday and ready at 1255 pm.
This is the best Pizza Hut pan pizza I’ve had from anywhere in Memphis/Cordova/Germantown. Honestly it may be the best pan pizza I’ve had since the early 2000s.
It was hot when I picked it up, cooked perfectly, and had an even distribution of toppings. The cheese sauce were the correct amount and it was not made sloppily.

I know that with C-19, having employees show up is invaluable. The employees at the store were very busy but still working at a steady pace to keep up with the orders. They were nice and polite and apologetic for the wait times. The pizza was made deliciously as always.

I made a mistake on my order unwittingly. I called up and was rude because I thought they messed up my order! I was rude from start to almost finish!! I checked my order on my App. I was wrong!! They were already in the process of making my new pizza. They were respectful, courtesy and professional all the way through!! I did get to apologize and they were gracious and kind! They’re slammed too, and the last thing they needed was me!!

BBQ chicken pizza, deep dish style is one of the best I've eaten, ever. Only Pizza Hut's tasty crust can complement the flavor to this level of perfection. Wish I could give 6 stars. They are pretty much the gold standard, as far as Americanized pizza goes.

This Pizza Hut location makes a good pizza and the employees really do try hard to please the customers with good food and customer service. Supreme pizza not the same when none of the following toppings are ever available: pork, Italian sausage, mushrooms, or onions.

This was the worst pizza and service I've EVER had! Our pizza was a joke with no cheese or toppings and burnt crust and breadsticks. When we called to get a new pizza the guy on the phone was rude and told us he made the pizza and there was no way it was bad. Then when we told him it was and we wanted a new pizza he told us "we are backed up in here" and hung up. I have never seen such bad customer service!!.

This is literally the worst business ever. They are unable to meet delivery times... missed by hours. When you call you have to go through multiple people in the Pizza Hut costumer service line to get connected to the store directly (the customer service reps were nice but they have no clue). After 3 hours of waiting, they called and asked if we still wanted our pizza. We stated yes... they said 5 minutes.
One- ridiculous customer service by Pizza Hut as a whole- that you cannot call the store directly.
Two- now looking at the reviews- how has Pizza Hut corporate allowed this to continue.
I would give this store negative stars if I could but that's not an option. Please don't order from the store. If you can carry out from another location or get pizza from a different company!!

Two and a half hours of waiting, the store is now closed, still no pizza. But they sure were happy to charge my card immediately. I wish I could rate this zero stars. Worst Pizza Hut location in town!

Absolutely furious. Placed my order from a store 1.6 miles (4 minute drive) from my home. Quoted 45 minute estimated delivery time. Estimate. I understand. 90 minutes later I called the store to ask. Was RUDELY told that my order had already left the store and was hung up on. 20 minutes later, my order showed up. Cold and hard, without the crust flavors ordered. I literally could have WALKED to the store and back in less time than this took. Disgusted.

So. Just in case anyone was wondering Pizza Hut SUCKS! Just had to wait an hour over the time I was quoted and then they offered to take $5 off my bill. . . yea that seems logical, especially since the last pizza I ordered was cold and the one before that and the one before that were both WRONG. They eventually gave me 1/2 off which still didn't make the matter any better and didn't make them SUCK any less. . Needless to say I will NEVER spend money with this company again and I hope all of you do the same. Pizza Hut
