Cozy little taco shop, has a decent selection of items and the food was wonderful. I got the fries which were absolutely delicious. The ladies working there were very polite and friendly and the dining area was clean. Hope to come here again soon!

Went in to get my usual meal 1 fish taco and 1/2 a torta, when the cashier told me that they only have full torta 🧏🏻♀️ huh? 🤔 I just want 1/2 but she informed me that the 1/2 torta bread was out, mind you when you get a full torta they cut it in 1/2! 🤦🏻♀️
Food quality was pretty good. Everything tasted freshly cut and cooked. Most Mexican places tastes like frozen meat and veggies. The sauces and pickled/garlic veggies was a good addition. If go back and I normally do not like Mexican food. I got the bowl and the rice was not your "Mexican rice". Tasted better.
Matti, our server was amazing!!! I had the surf and turf shrimp (grilled shrimp and steak). It was super delicious..... my date had Elena's tacos. She said they were really good too. Guacamole made fresh daily. The green and red hot sauce is made fresh and was just right. Highly recommend eating here.
The food was delicious and had a great price for the big portion size. I highly recommend you get the sauce added to whatever you are getting. The only gripe I have is the way the burrito was assembled which left all the guacamole, cilantro, and onion at one end of the burrito but overall great food.
If you’re looking for some West Coast style Mexican, this is the place! I chowed down on a Carne Asada California burrito and some rolled tacos last night and loved every single bite. I’ve definitely eaten my fair share of tacos and burritos, and Elena’s definitely knows what they are doing. I’ll be ordering from them again tonight for my last night in Memphis.
Loved it!!! First time customer, but will be a customer for life!!! Customer service was awesome. Cashier was courteous and patient with explaining menu and providing suggestions. Waitress extremely sweet. Dining room clean. Now the good stuff.... we ordered the chicken California burritos. All I can say is OMG! The original is honestly big enough for 2. Fresh ingredients, flavorful and packed to the brim. I'm not a big burrito person but they have changed my mind! The salsa bar is excellent, as well! The salsa verde is soooooo good! I'm glad we stopped in.
This by far is our favorite Mexican food restaurant. As a native Californian, I can attest that their California burritos taste like home. We get Cali Chicken Burritos, and rolled tacos through the drive through regularly. Occasionally they have gotten our order wrong, so def double check your order when they give it to you. But this place is a favorite of ours, it’s fast and delicious. I definitely recommend it to all!

First visit and really liked my food! Tried the chips and queso and the carne Asada California burrito both were delicious. Customer service was awesome our cashier was very welcoming. Will be back to try the carne asada fries! 😋
