I use to enjoy eating in this mall. Now i will never make that mistake again to spend any money at carleys or any other store. My (phillysteak) sandwich was fine it was the horrible customer service. They hired young (18-23) year olds who use street slang and street etiquette to address customers not a good look. Yelling "yo" across a the lobby and when asking where napkins are im pointed to a bin while the crew sits in front of the register is extremely unprofessional. They need to shutdown until proper training is given.

I ordered through Grub Hub. The Philly Cheesesteak was horrible. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Not only was it ice cold and very little meat but meat was worse that beef jerky. Hard pieces and hard to chew. I had a few bites and them got sick and had to upchuck this horrible food.

They will see you standing at the register and never Acknowledge you. The manager seem as if she has to do everything. They never asked me what I wanted on my food or if I want everything on there instead they assumed I wanted everything && put extra thing on my philly that I do not eat. This is not okay because I would be very upset if there was anything I am allergic too being put on my food!

Got charged for a combo when I clearly said I did not want a combo, sandwich only. Then paid for a drink that I didn’t get, had to go back and get, then had to wait for them to fill up ice. Then they didn’t have correct coins so I had to get a dollar worth of change in pennies and nickels, when she could of just took .3 cents off my meal to make it a even dollar amount.

They have no customer service skills first off and second never met such employees that seem like they hate even working. Didn't even get a how are you doing,welcome to and even when I was asked what kind of soda I wanted, it was with a attitude and like she even hated to even ask.i can promise I will never go back.
