Went to grab a pizza for lunch and it was out in the portal for pick up right on time. Didn't really care for the new pizza promotion they had going on but overall an enjoyable experience.
First visit here & went thru drive through. Hot & ready Pepperoni pizza & Italian cheese bread. Sooo much delicious cheese on both! The gal at the drive through was very friendly & absolutely wonderful!
My go to pizza in Marshall. Affordable Phillip and 2 other young guys are always super welcoming. Sometimes takes a minute to get the pizza made but I have nothing bad to say about this establishment!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the food this time around. As I was leaving the parking lot, I took a look at my breadsticks, which were severely undercooked. I made a u-turn and ask for a different batch. The 2nd order was worse than the first one. Then he gives me a third order and finally I said OK. When I got home and saw the pizza, only half of it was cooked thoroughly. The other half was very doughy. I ended up throwing everything out.
I wish people would remember how difficult it is to make money selling a $5 Pizza. So everybody complaining about the price should consider the costs.
To add in with that, the employees here I guarantee do not make much more than minimum wage. So no whining about a $5 Pizza with people making it for $9 an hour.. pretty please. Great work ..good little company

The employees at the Marshall, MI location are absolutely amazing! We had a mixup with an online order (Completely user error, nothing wrong on their end) and the two wonderful ladies at the window had our new order ready and even walked it out to our car within 20 minutes. Thank you so much lovelies for making our day ❤
I pay $6 and get a fast and good pizza. Can't really go wrong with that. Would have been 5 stars if I wouldn't have tried the external delivery service they started using. Absolutely terrible experience. It literally took over an hour and 20 minutes to recieve a pre-made pizza from across the street, and then they forgot the drinks and had to go back. I did call the store and everyone was very nice and helpful with my concerns which I appreciated. Never had an issue with the store or food but I will never use their external delivery service again....just FYI.

Does make really great little Caesars pizza's, little Caesars bread sticks and dipping sauce.
Their drive through is fast.
If you want a special pizza I use their app to order from and pay from.
Pizza is the ready in mins.
Pull up give them your order number and then take you order and drive away.
Very fast no waiting.
I've only been to this location a couple times because I'm not in Marshall often, but never had any issues. We've gotten what's ready, we've ordered, we've done the pizza portal, and we've used coupons. Employees are always helpful and on top of things.
